"No don't go" you whine as Ron begins to get out of bed to go work out. Even though he doesn't have quidditch practice till later, he likes to get out a work out in the morning by himself to focus on areas he felt were his weak spots.

"Sorry, love. you can always come with me if you want" he replies, as he stands up.

He always offers and you always say no and you both laugh. This time though, you decided it was worth the extra time with Ron.

"Sure, give me time to get ready" you say, pulling the covers off of you, stretching.

Ron looked at you with wide eyes, "uhh ok yeah. Sure." He replied trying to figure out if you were serious.

And you were. 10 minutes later you came out of the bathroom ready to go. The nice thing about being married to a professional quidditch player is you have your own private gym so the commute was simply just down to the basement.

"Well what are you waiting for? Let's go" you say, patting his chest and heading toward the door as Ron stares at you.

You heard him cough and then his footsteps followed you. You got down to the gym and looked to Ron, " ok now what"

Ron looked at you and laughed, " well today I was planning on running a mile on the treadmill and then just lifting weights"

"Perfect, i'll do that too '' you say walking over to one of the two treadmills.

Ron looked at you with an raised eyebrow as if to question your abilities.

"I am not weak" you reply confidently. Ron raised his hands up in surrender and smiled, " never said you were baby girl"

With a wink he climbed onto the treadmill and looked at you as you both pressed start. You weren't quidditch player fit but you could run a mile easily, it was actually kind of nice running next to Ron. Although neither of you talked, you had music playing and it was nice to be next to each other.

You stopped your machine and wiped the sweat and then looked at him and said, " ok lets do weights. I'll just do whatever you do"

Ron gives you that look again questioning your abilities.

"Don't look at me like that" you say with your hands on your hips.

"I'm not looking at you like anything. I just don't think you can do the same amount of weight as me. We can try though. Ok?"

You roll your eyes, " humor me" you reply.

You walk over to where the weights were and Ron sets them in front of you and his in front of him. You look at the 30 lb weights in front of you and realize you may have overestimated your strength and underestimated your husband's strength.

"Ok go on, do it, hot shot" Ron said with a wink. You look at the weights and then at him and pout. "You think you are so funny, don't you? '' you say.

" I do. I really do." He crossed his arms across his chest while laughing.

"Ok but I do want to lift weights with you" you say in response to his laughter. Ron's laughter died down and he nodded. He grabbed the 30 lb weights with ease and moved them back to where they belong. He brought back 10 lb weights.

You looked at them and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Trust me, hot shot, it doesn't seem like a lot but after 50 reps you'll feel it. Trust me?" he replies with a wink.

"Trust you" you reply with a smile.
