Chapter 74: Catching up

We were at the venue. Sadly we arrived late but the birthday girl always got to make a grand entrance.

And even though my outfit was pretty basic I still looked hot. And Owen and Angel did too. I walked into the venue with both of them linked onto my arms with my heart beating out of my chest. What if my dad came, yea I wanted him to be there but still.
I was scared of how he would react.

I looked around the place and there were hundreds of people all in a group so excited that I arrived.
"He really went all out huh." I whispered to Angel keeping a smile on my face
"Yea... wow." She looked stunned as her eyes were locked on the people at my venue.

"Ay she's here!" I loud voice yelled in the crowd.
It was my dad.
I soon saw him running up to me with opened arms, I let go of of Angel and Owen with a smiled across my face. Seeing him brought me so many emotions as he continued his long run to me, nostalgia, my old childhood and happiness.

I couldn't help myself and ran to him jumping in his arms as he caught me.
"Hi beautiful." He croaked with a squishy soft tone. I could tell he was getting emotional just as much as I was.
"Hi dad." I voiced softly getting off of him.
He put his hands on my face before saying "You've grown so much in only 11 months." He chuckled with glossy eyes. I laughed wiping the tears that welled in my eyes.

"Happy fucking birthday." He smiled placing a kiss on my forehead

"Thank you." I beamed of joy hugging him again.
"I invited everyone I knew." He smiled pointing at the guests.
"You can make new friends and your cousins are on there way." He went on
"Is Noelle coming?!" I exclaimed in question.
"Yes." He nodded with a proud smile. Making me hug him again,

Soon after Angel and Owen walked up from behind me. "Hey sir my name is Owen." He put on a tough voice holding his hand out for my dad to shake it.
My dad was an intimidating person now. He had changed to so much. From his buzz cut to his tattoos I spotted on his neck to the way he dressed everything had changed about him.

"Hey Owen. My daughter has been talking about you non stop." He smiled shaking Owens hand roughly

"Oh really?" Owen spoke nervously looking at me.
"Yea." He smiled "I thought you'd be cuter." My dad joked as I wasted no time slapping his arm playfully.
"I'm only joking." He laughed while Owen chuckled nervously keeping his eyes locked on me.

"And you." My dad said in a deep tone staring at Angel who had looked a little bummed out.
Angel glanced at him quick with a little bit of fright in her eyes, while she fidgeted with her hands.
"Angel." My dad smiled going into hug her
"My beautiful daughter." He chuckled lifting her off the grown in a hug.

"Hi." Angel croaked awkwardly
"I can't wait to catch up with you... IF you let me." He let out placing his hand on her shoulder
"I would like that.... dad." She gave him a half smile.

A few moments later we were all on the dance floor, I was with Ryan who was mainly focussed on the loving attention she got from my family. She had gained their respect really quick.

Angel was chatting it up with my dad while Leo and Zayn were dancing together of course. Pretty adorable if you ask me. So adorable that I just had to get my phone out and record them both. Right in the middle of their dramatic dip they spotted me.

Leo threw Zayn off of him as he planted to the ground and charged at me.
I giggled running quickly to Owen in a safe escape.
"Delete the picture Douglass." He chuckled standing by Owen and I.
"I ship you too." I snickered playfully as Leo tried to grabbed my phone. I moved Owens body in front of me using him as my shield.

He was puzzled but seemed to be enjoying it.
Ryan came up to us shortly after, out of breath from all the twerking in front my aunties. Her pockets were filled with money as she used it to wipe her sweat from her face.

"SHHIIIIT." I squealed in shock completely forgetting about Leo. "Look who's all bossed up!" I exclaimed walking over to her.
"No because I'm in love with your family Zara." She laughed tucking the money away.
"There in love with you babe." I nudged her shoulder playfully.
"I guessss." She rolled her eyes back in happiness flexing out all her money.

Without realizing Leo charged at me once again this time attempting to grab my phone. In a quick second I shifted my hand and pushed him splat onto the ground. Everyone paused seeing his face hit the ground hard as I was the only one bursting into laughter.

"NO CAUSE HE REALLY THOUGHT." I cackled at the top of my lungs as Ryan joined me uncontrollably. "HOW CUTE." Ryan chimed in slapping her knee.
Leo got up from the ground and dusted himself off, before he could run at me again Owen grabbed my hand unannounced as we both left the scene.

We arrived at the side of the bar house after running through groups of people.
"Why did you bring me here." I spoke out of breath from running and laughter.
"Because.." Owen trailed off eyeing me with a seductive eye.
"If you wanna kiss me you could just say that." I rolled my eyes playfully before Owen smashed his lips onto mine.

I lifted my dress up above my waist so it could be easier for him to pick me up and he did slamming me against the wall.
"Shit." I moaned feeling his kisses all over my neck as I ran my fingers through his fluffy thick hair.
"You wanna do it..? Like right here." I added pulling him away from me.
"Why not.?" He grinned as the fast kisses started again.

He unzipped his pants as he took out a condom from the pocket of his shirt.
"Always prepared now huh?" I smirked
"Hell yea." He chuckled kissing me again.

Just when he was about to slide inside me I heard faint footsteps head towards the side of the bar house.
"Someone's coming." I blurted silently hopping off Owen in alert as he zipped his pants up and I fixed my dress along with my hair. He took a bunch of steps away from me sitting on the grass while I pretended to go on my phone.
