Mabilis na lumipas ang mga araw. Nagsisimula na rin akong mag-ayos ng mga requirements para sa board exam. I can't wait to have the engineer title in my name. Every weekdays, I go to our company to know the routine. Kuya Zyrus is guiding me and he's telling me the things I should know. After I pass the board exam, I will take his place as the engineering manager. I know it would be tough for me.

"Hmm, kuya? Do you really need to go to Spain?" I asked him while we're eating lunch.

"Dad wants me to." He just shrugged. "They kept bugging me to study architecture in Spain ever since. Hindi ako pumayag agad. Besides, I don't wanna leave Jasmine here. Kaya lang, she left me. I just accepted dad's offer since I feel like I also lost myself when Jasmine left."

Napatango na lang ako. I witnessed how he cried every night because of Ate Jas. Sana, hindi ako matulad kay kuya. I don't think that I could handle the pain.

"Kuya Zyrus, do you still... love Ate Jas?" I asked carefully.

He gave me a small smile. "Hindi naman basta mawawala 'yon. I love her so much. But she left kaya naubos ako." He looked away. "I'll leave you here. Just call me when you need me, 'kay?" he shifted the topic.

Tumango ako bilang tugon. "Ah, kuya! I'm always here, 'kay?"

"Sure, Trix. I'm going now." He smiled at me before he finally left.

I am here at my temporary office. It wasn't too big and wasn't too small. I supposed to arrange my office today but I decided not to. I will just arrange the files handed to me. Saka ko na aayusin ang office ko kapag do'n na 'ko sa dapat na office ko. I still can't believe that kuya has to go to Spain. I doubt that I could do the things he does in our company. He's naturally smart and a critical thinker unlike me.

Natapos ang araw at pagod na pagod ako dahil sa mga ginawa ko. I also brought home some files that I have to study. I know it's gonna be the start of another rollercoaster ride after engineering school.

From JakeAltair:

Hey, Trixie. How's your day?

Nagtitimpla ako ng kape nang mag-message si Altair. I immediately typed in a reply.

To JakeAltair:

It was so tiring! Ang hirap talaga!

He replied immediately.

From JakeAltair:

Fighting, Engr. Bellatrix!

I placed my coffee on the side of my table. I prepared the stuffs I needed. Pagod na pagod ako pero hindi ko 'to puwedeng ipagpaliban. 'Yong mga babasahin ko, mas madami pa kaysa sa computation sa Calculus! Damn. Kung sabagay, our company is one of the leading company. Natural lang ang striktong rules.

Nasa dulo na 'ko ng mga binabasa ko at nangingiti pa rin ako. Altair was chatting me while I was reading this stuffs. Nang matapos ako ay iniligpit ko na agad ang mga gamit ko. I checked the time and it's already 9:30 in the evening.

From JakeAltair:

Do you wanna grab a coffee? I miss our little coffee breaks.

Oo nga. I also misses our little coffee breaks while studying for the exams and while doing the thesis. Lahat naman yata ng bagay na kasama ko siya ay na-mi-miss ko kaya kahit nagkape na ako, pumayag pa rin ako.

To JakeAltair:

Sure! Katatapos ko lang sa mga binasa ko.

I chuckled. Nahihilig yata ako sa kape basta kasama si Altair. Gosh, ang harot ko...
