"Good morning, love!"

"Love? Ang aga mo naman! Kagigising ko lang." I started to panic. We'll be going to Manila today to submit our requirements for the upcoming board exam.

He laughed at me. "It's fine, take your time, love. Hintayin kita dito."

Dali-dali akong umakyat sa kwarto at naligo. This will also serve as our mini date together. These past months, we've been so busy reviewing for the board exam. I'm so lucky that he's with me. Simula nang maging kami, he became sweeter. Despite our busy schedules, he never forgot to make me feel love. Kapag hindi kami nagkikita dahil sa salungat na schedules, he will send me sunflowers and chocolates. Minsan naman, short coffee breaks ang bonding namin.

Pagkatapos ko maligo, lalo ako nataranta dahil hindi ko pa pala naihahanda ang susuotin ko. I looked around my closet to see what I could wear today. I just picked the nude low neck crop top and paired it with black high-waisted jeans. I sat in front of my vanity table to fix my hair and put a subtle makeup. When I'm done, I quickly go downstairs.

"Hey, love. I'm done. Let's go?"

I saw him intently staring at me like... there's something wrong? "Uhm love, is there a problem?"

He smiled. "Nothing. You just look beautiful even in a hurry," he said, biting his lips to avoid a laugh. "May lagpas lang konti 'yung lipstick mo."

I glared at him so he quickly hugged me. This man. Alam na alam niya ang kilos ko. "Oh, 'wag na magalit. Sinabi ko na ngang maganda ka, e. Pwede naman ayusin 'yung lagpas," he whispered, still hugging me.

"Oo na. But you have to take a consequence!"

"What is it, love?"

I giggled. "We'll go shopping later," I said with finality.

"Okay, love. Let's go na."

Mahaba-haba na ang pila nang makarating kami. Buti na lang at maaga kami pumunta. Kung mamaya pa siguro, malamang mahaba na lalo ang pila.

"Love, gutom na 'ko. Kain tayo mamaya, ha."

"Lagi ka naman gutom." He pinched my cheeks. "Nandito rin daw pala si Zach, gusto daw sumama, ayaw ko nga. Third wheel na naman siya."

Hinampas ko siya sa braso. "Sama mo naman. Cindy also wanted to have a lunch with us again. I said no, of course. I told her I have a date with my man."

"Ah, oo nga. Ang sama ko kay Zach. I swear, love. Ako talaga masama," he said sarcastically. We both ended up laughing.

Mabilis umusad ang pila at natapos na rin kami. We went to the Mall of Asia for us to eat lunch there. "Samgyeop tayo!" I insisted.

He sighed. "Yes, ma'am-I mean love!"

Mabilis lang kami kumain dahil mas gusto namin mag-ikot. Habang naglalakad, nagkukuwentuhan kami sa darating na board exam. Nabanggit ko rin na malapit nang umalis si kuya. I'll be sad, of course.

"I'll miss kuya. I'd be alone in the house without him. If not alone in the house, I'll be so busy in the office. The last time I checked, November is ten months away. Ngayon, it's only two weeks before the board exam and less than a month before kuya leave."

"You'll be okay, Trixie. You have me, 'kay?" He held my hand. "Isa pa, don't you want Kuya Zyrus to be more successful? It's for his own good, you just have to sacrifice a little."

I sighed. "Yeah. Anyways, change topic. As soon as I get my license, I'll take kuya's position in the company. I'll be the engineering manager of our company."
