It's been two months since my shoot for Tita Shane and the release of her cosmetic line. It was a huge success and my instagram followers rose up upon knowing that I am the model behind the successful cosmetic line. Next week, Tita Shane invited me to come with her to the conference and maybe I'll also have another set of photoshoot.

"Good morning po, Ma'am. Remind ko lang po na bukas na 'yong date n'yo ni Sir Altair," Gina said while we're walking towards my office.

"Shit. Thank you for reminding me, I almost forgot about that. My schedule for tomorrow is already clear, right?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"Good morning, Engineer Dixon, I am done with the project you gave me. I emailed it to you about three days ago but you haven't replied to it," Engineer Joson said as he walk with us.

I stopped walking when we reach my office. "I'm sorry, Engineer. My schedule was really hectic last week."

He put his hand to his pocket. "I see. I just need you're approval and I can show it to our client."

"Okay. Anyways, could you send me a hardcopy? I want it as soon as possible."

"Alright. I'll just give to you right away," he replied. "I'll go ahead, Engineer Dixon."

I just smiled at him and proceed to my office. I turned on my laptop and did my work. Gina is just on the couch replying to some of my personal emails outside work.

"Ma'am, may email po si Sir Altair," she stated.

My brows furrowed. "Really? What was it?"

She looked back to the Ipad before answering me. "I think it's better po kung kayo na ang magbasa." She handed me the Ipad and plastered a controlled smile.

'Good evening, Engr. Bellatrix. Maybe you would notice me here. I miss you so much, love. I just want to tell you that I am just here waiting for you, okay? Please call me when you're not busy anymore, love. I badly miss you.'

My heart ached upon reading his email. It was a sent last week. I know that I've been really busy. I barely talk to him nor reply to his messages. I wanted to go to him right now just to hug him tell him how much I love him. He's always finding time for me despite his schedule yet I couldn't even update him on what am I doing.

"Gina, please cancel all my meetings today. Tell Engineer Joson to just give you the blueprints," utos ko kay Gina.

I saw how shocked she is. "M-Ma'am, si Sir Aries po baka magalit sa inyo. You still have meetings with the investors po."

I massaged my temples. This meetings were important but my parents could handle it. I'd rather get scolded by them than to let Altair feel that way.

"It's fine, Gina. I'll talk to them later. Tell the driver to get the car ready."

Habang pinapahanda ang sasakyan ay nag-text muna ako kay Tita Van. I want to make sure if he's at work or he's at home.

Hello po, Tita. Is Altair at his office po?

I was waiting for her reply while keeping the documents on my desk.

From: Tita Vanessa

Hello, Trixie. Didn't he told you? He just got home few moments ago. Ang taas ng lagnat pero pumasok pa rin kanina. Talaga 'yang batang 'yan, ang tigas ng ulo.

My eyes widened when I saw her reply. It feels like a knife stabbed my chest. I'm sure he didn't tell me about that because he knows that I am busy. I feel so worthless as his girlfriend.
