Chapter 19

Sarah's P.O.V.

"Sarah?... Sarah?... Hey, uh you ok?" I heard Cameron repeat over and over again.

"Wait, what was the last thing i said to you?''  I asked confused.

"You just finished telling me about you and Matt and i asked if you wanted some more pizza and you never answered me."  Cam said.

Thank goodness,  him asking me out was just me daydreaming, which happens a lot.

"Wait, so let me get this stright, you never asked me out?" i asked.

"hu nooo, i mean not yet..." he started.

"Cameron, it was really fun today but, it was only our first date and i think its too early..."  I trailed off.

"Oh i wasn't gonna ask you right away, i think you're so right about that.  But if you wanted, we could go out on Valentines day?"  Cam asked.

"Yes, that would be so much fun!" I said excidedly.

"ok, so next saturday then" He said.

"Yea, i can't wait." i said.

"it's getting pretty late, i should get you home."  Cam said looking at his phone.

On the way home we listened to the radio and Cameron tried singing the really high notes of the songs and i tried to sing the really low parts.

Once we got home i saw Matthew and Carter outside shooting hoops.

Stupid them, it's like 30 degrees out now.

"So, i'll see you later then." i heard the last part of what Cameron was saying.

"Yea, i'll see you monday.  Text me though." i said getting out of the car.

"i most definatly will." I heard cam say.

I got inside and no one was in the living room or kitchen, i ran upstairs really happy about today.

I got up to my room and Catherine was in there with Josh and Alex.

"why are you guys in my room?" i asked suprised.

"Because, we didn't know you were home." Alex said getting up from my bean bag chair.

"Ok? But why were you in here?" i asked.

"Becuase we're playing hide and seek with Rach and Justin,, and they think we're  counting."  Josh filled me in.

"uhh, k?  Where's mom and dad?"  I asked.

"They went out to dinner." Catherin said.

"Ok, well Catherin, can i talk to you alone please?" I asked.

"Sure.  Sit." She said patting the spot where Josh was sitting on my bed.

As I sat down i heard Rachel and Justine telling Alex and Josh that they've been hideing 'forever'.

"Sooo, How was your date?" Catherin asked.

"Well, Cameron took me go karting and then we went out for pizza, and he asked me out again for next week." I said all happy.

"That sounds so fun, you should call Lucy and tell her about it." Catherin sugested.

"Good idea, she'd love to hear about it!" I said unlocking my phone and dialing my sister Lucy's number.

"Hey... good how 'bout yourself?" i said once she picked up the phine.

"No, they went out to dinner, and i had a date with a guy from school named Cameron... yea he took me go karting and out for pizza." I said.
