"WHY are you with that guy, My Love?" He whispered to my ear as we dance in rhythm.

"I had no choice but to accept it." I said in low voice and bowed my head but he used his other hand and lift my head to look at him.

"You had no choice?" He asked.

"Yes. I can't disobey my mom's order." And looked him in his eyes to tell him that I'm telling the truth.

"Oh your mom? Where is she? I'm gonna talk to her." He said with his serious tone at tumingin sa paligid.

"Well, she's not here." Mahinang bulong ko sa kanya at sinunobsob ang ulo ko aa dibdib niya.

"I'm a weak person. Hindi ko matanggihan ang mga pinapagawa niya saakin at napapagod na ako." Dagdag ko at tinanggal ang mga kamay ko sa kanya at pinalupot yon sa leeg niya para mayakap ko siya.

He gladly embraced me while still dancing.

"I'm still glad that I am your first dance. In this party. My love." He whispered to my ears which made my stomach full of butterflies.

"Likewise, Miguel." Nakangiting wika ko sa kanya.

Nang natapos ang kanta saka lang kami bumitaw sa isa't isa na sakto naman ang pagdating ni Arran. Nagpaalam na si Miguel na susunod naman niyang isasayaw ang kapatid niya kaya umalis na to. Pero bago pa niya ako iwanan kay Arran, he stole a kiss from my cheek and glared at Arran and said 'Lay your fingers to her and I'll erase your existence.'

Halos matawa ako sa expression na ginawa ni Miguel dahil halatang hindi maganda ang timpla niya nung dumating si Arran.

"I hoped you enjoyed your dance, My lady." Arran said and guided me to our seat.

"I'm sorry about that." Mahinang wika ko sa kanya. I kinda feel sorry for him dahil siya ang partner ko pero si Miguel ang nakasayaw ko.

"It's okay. He is your lover so I can't interrupt your moments together." He said.

"Just don't let your mother know about this or you'll definitely gonna be a dead meat." Aniya at tumawa ng mahina.

"I know. But still, thank you." I sincerely said.

"No problem."

"By the way, Baka hindi na ako magtagal sa party na to and since I can't let you come with me, you should wear these things." At may kinuha siyang paperbag sa ilalim ng table namin at binigay niya saakin yun.

Pagbukas ko, yung gown na bigay ni Cibrina saakin at may kasamang wig at heels.

"Enjoy this party till your heart's content." Nakangiting wika ni Arran na nagpaluha saakin.

"Thank you, Arran." I sincerely said and hugged him pero bumitaw din kami sa pagyakap.

"Now go! Wear those things and I'll head out now." Arran said and held my hand to guide me somewhere where I can change my clothes

"See you later, Hailey." He said and waved him goodbye. Pumasok na ako sa loob at isang kwarto pala napuntahan namin.

Agad na binitawan ko ang paperbag sa kama at nilabas ang mga laman nito. Pati ang accessories ng wig ay kumpleto rin.
