Day's outfit on top ☝

I gazed at myself in the mirror with a smile as I admired how the dress highlighted my most valued assets. My hair was put in a high puff as per usual and I paired out the outfit with Sandles. That really ugly pair with a thick base and a double buckle that oddly looked great.

I turned around to get my bag that was laying on my bed to get to school.

"Meow..." Dixie voiced out in a low call. She was egging me to be quiet and watch myself.

Dixie enjoyed her sleep. Too much.

She was usually fast asleep throughout my morning time to get ready for school. Well into the day, as she informed me.

"Excuse you, your lowness. Might I ask what you're doing up at such an hour?" I questioned her as I took hold of my bag and draped it over my shoulder.

"Meow meh myaw." She told me without attempting to open her eyes.

She was rested on my bed, curled up to her comfort.

"I'm fresh out of meat. So you think I'll last the day?" I questioned her back at her statement. She told me that she sensed that something was going to happen with me today. My energies were all over the place once again.

I was absolutely afraid, I didn't want to be like my father. I didn't want to hurt anyone.

I finished eating the meat yesterday. I was stress eating. The week and been extremely eventful. More than I usually enjoyed.

Not to mention that there were freaking TIME-TRAVELLERS that popped out of nowhere and informed me that my plans with Nick and Sharia would have to be postponed. They weren't much help explaining the situation but oddly, I trusted them. Well, if Dixie trusted them then it was automatic on my part.

I wasn't quite sure if that was a dream or not, I was still deciding on that.

"Maw." Dixie informed me without hesitation.

That was a no.

Trying to keep me calm, I took in breaths of air and bid my farewell to Dixie as I headed out of my room. All I needed to do was get to school and find the trio that sorta dragged me into the mess they did. I wanted to believe it was confident that what happened after their talk with me but I was finding it very difficult to do so.

They had to have something to keep me at bay.

I walked through the hallways and greeted the staff walking past to resume their tasks. I was sad that I didn't even get to enjoy a week with the house all to myself. The staff had returned and my aunt would be back at any hour of the day. By the time I got back from school, I'd see her delightful smile.

When I reached the front gate, the security guard opened it up for me to show the driver waiting up front for me. At times, it made me uneasy how wealthy the woman was. Then again, she had only been accumulating that wealth for centuries. I hopped into the car and said my greeting to the driver. I wasn't on a first-name basis with anyone. They weren't allowed to talk to me and vice versa. Nobody even cracked a smile on me while I was always radiating shine and sparkle. What a hard-knock life. Sniffle.

As the drive was in the way, I had time to let my head fill up with all the replays of the week. That was one hell of an intense week. I was completely drained out of energy.

When I woke up in the morning, I had a headache. I had cramps in the area where I got shanked by a branch. I was feeling incredibly heavy and stiff and yet, one thought made everything less horrible. The thought of Siege.
