"So...am I the only one without secrets?"

******************************

"Kostya, prikhodit'."

The cat leaped out of my arms and swiftly landed on the floor. She took her time to walk over to the Santino fellow.

It all happened so quickly. One minute we were all guarding each other's actions and the next Dixie was out of my arms strutting her stuff to Santino.

What he said and how he said it sounded a lot like Russian. I wasn't 100 on human languages but that much I could tell.

To say I was shocked would have been an understatement.

"Kostya?" I mimicked the guy's words. Dixie turned her head back to me in question. I looked back at her in question.

She best start meowing!

She turned back to Santino and glared at him.

"You. You cannot. You're always trying to show off with your dramatic, wind blowing, entrance. Which ended up blowing me away. AND DID YOU TRY TO FIND ME? NO. So, I'm out, and also, I go by Dixie now." The little cat meowed away furiously at Santino. After her little speech, she turned herself around and strutted away as usual.

Both of us watched helplessly as Dixie moved out of the room swiftly. That was the most I had ever heard Dixie say. It was as if everything was aligning itself. Dixie was the cat from that night and Santino was the guy from that night.

Woah.

Santino and I shot each other a look of shock. We both needed answers.

"What have you done to Kostya?" He questioned me in simple English. His tone was accusing.

"Kostya... that's my feline companion and you heard her, she goes by Dixie now." I told him, giving him a glare of my own.

My uncle was forgotten for a moment, I could see he was still extremely tense. Gazing at Santino calculatingly. I could see he was waiting for a moment to attack.

"You can understand her too?" Santino questioned me as a new wave of shock showed on his face. I simply shrugged at him. Then there was a moment of silence. He looked at me with curiosity in his eyes.

I was about to say something when my uncle suddenly came speeding towards Santino in attack. Uncle Jerah had eyes glowing yellow. He was fast and he came with great force. I turned to see how Santino would react.

Everything that happened after that almost happened in slow motion. It felt like everything was moving slowly. Santino put his hands in his pockets and gave me a simple smile as his eyes shifted to my uncle.

Santino simply took a step to the side as he moved his shoulders away from my uncle's grasp. He moved with such speed it looked like he was teleporting. My uncle stumbled onto the TV, making the TV fall back due to the force. My uncle didn't stop, he quickly composed himself and turned to lunge towards Santino again. He got a hold of Santino's shoulder. Santino seemed to only shrug him off. With that simple movement, my uncle was sent flying to a nearby couch. The coach screeched in movement from the force. It tilted back and landed back on its feet in a moment.

My jaw was on the ground.

"Malume..." I called but my words fell short as my uncle jumped up from his position and ran towards Santino again.

Dear SANITY, UNCLE WHY?

That time around, Santino sported a look of annoyance on his face. His movements were calm as he pulled a hand out to hold it out. Once my uncle connected his chest to his hand Santino grabbed my uncle by the shirt and flung him in the air. Santino swiftly pulled out the dart gun and shot at my uncle while he was in the air. My uncle hit his back against the chandelier and when he fell back down, the chandelier followed. The crash on the coffee table was instant. My uncle laid on the coffee table unmoving with pieces of the chandelier on him.
