"Who are you?" The girl on the swing asked. I couldn't speak. I was just staring at her. She looked exactly like me. She was giving the same expression as me, fear. She looked equally scared.

"Who are you?" I questioned, gathering up all my courage.

"Its me Abigail." She started laughing.

"What?" I took few steps back.

Slowly that face changed into Abigail's face.

"Luna, calm down! I was messing with you." Abigail got up. I was just staring at her. I couldn't believe her.

"Seriously?" I asked her making a straight face.

"Just wanted to showoff my new super power." She proudly said.

"You look pale." She added coming closer to me.

Without a word I walked inside the home. Abigail followed me calling my name. I just kept on walking ignoring her. I was so angry; she scared the hell out of me.

Within moments, I reached outside my room. My eyes landed on Salu's room. It was still open. I wondered if Sama was fine. I couldn't stop myself from going there.

"Hey! That's not your room." Abigail said from back. I ignored her and got inside Salu's room.

Sama was lying on the bed, Salu was patting on her back and Sophie was sitting on the sofa.

"What happened to her?" Abigail asked in a serious tone.

"She saw the swing swinging on its own." I smirked blaming Abigail indirectly.

"She deserved that!" Abigail proudly said and started yawing.

"Aren't you the one who scolded me for scaring her?" I raised my brow.

"I was just messing with you." She laughed and disappeared.

Abigail is acting strange because when she scolded me it didn't look like she was just messing with me. She is definitely hiding something. But what? Should I ask her? NO! I am still angry with her.

"Aren't you coming?" Abigail shouted. I turned to Sama, she was about to fall asleep. I left the room and went inside my room. Abigail was staring at the ceiling. I ignored her and lied on the bed, beside her.

"Luna!" Abigail turned to me.
"Yes." I replied.
"Promise me one thing." Abigail said. She sounded serious.
"Don't ever try scaring others. It's not good for you." She added.
"Cause you don't want me to end up like you?" I asked.
"Yes!" She closed her eyes.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I couldn't go to afterlife because I scared someone very badly." She replied, which was really unexpected. It was the first time she told me something about her past.
"And?" I asked nervously.
"Let's sleep for today." She changed the topic and I nodded. As much as I wanted her to open up, as much scared I was of hurting her.

The next day when I woke up Abigail wasn't in the room. Maybe she had to go. Lazily I got out of my room. Salu's room was locked. Maybe the girls were sleeping. Then I went downstairs. Sophie was in the kitchen, preparing breakfast. I sat on the chair and watched her do her work. The moments from the last night were vivid in my eyes.

"Sophie?" Salu came down rubbing her eyes.

"Yeah!" Sophie came out of the kitchen and faced Salu.

"Is Sama okay?" Sophie added.

"Yes, she is. Can we invite some of our friends for dinner? It'll divert Sama's mind." Salu asked.

"Salu! Why are you asking her? Her opinion does not matter." Sama came down.

This girl will never change. She nearly had heart attack last night and today she is back to her original form. I should have scared her a little more last night! I must teach her another lesson soon! Oh no! Abigail will kill me; I mean she will get mad if I do so. Gosh!! It's so frustrating!

"Because she also pays the rent." Salu replied, shocking Sama and surprising Sophie.

What?? Salu supporting Sophie? Am I dreaming? Or is she drunk? Whatever it is she is doing the right thing. It's getting more interesting.

"If we invite our friends, Sophie too will invite her friends." Salu added, looking at Sophie with friendly eyes.

"Salu! You must be kidding right?" Sama said, not knowing how to react.

"Whenever I speak the truth you think I'm joking. Sophie, don't forget to invite your friends." Salu rolled her eyes and sighed.

"When are we having the party?" Sophie asked.

"Coming Friday at 8 pm." Salu added and took a seat. Sophie nodded and went inside the kitchen.

"What's wrong with you?" Sama angrily asked and sat across Salu.

"Did I miss something?" Abigail asked suddenly appearing in front of me.

"If you continue appearing in front of me like this, I surely will miss my breathe." I gave her a cruel look.

"But you won't die." Abigail started laughing.

"Only if you arrived a minute earlier, you'd have seen a different side of Salu." I said in an excited way, ignoring what she said.

"You're here to narrate everything." Abigail blinked and sat on the couch. I sat beside her and told her everything that Salu said.

"Maybe Salu is turning into a good girl." I added turning towards Salu.

"Let's see what Salu says now." Abigail said as she saw Sophie coming out from the kitchen with the breakfast. I nodded. I was excited to see what happens next.

"You have manage everything for the party by yourself." Salu said as soon as Sophie handed them the omelet and juice. Sophie nodded and sat beside her. Sama was smirking.

"Clean the entire house. I'll give you dinner menu by tonight and then go get groceries for them. You're responsible to cook everything for the dinner." Salu said as Sophie took the sip of the juice. The smirk wasn't leaving Sama's face.

"Wow! Salu is too kind." Abigail sarcastically said. I didn't say anything as my mind was full of confused thoughts.

What is Salu saying? She was too kind few minutes ago. Was it all an act? How can I forget that she's an evil. Why did she tell Sophie to invite her friends? Argh! This girl is too complicated. Should I scare her tonight?

"Can you please bring the assignments?" Sama asked eating the last piece of the omelet.

"I'll give it to you while going to college." Sophie replied.

"Actually, Salu and I have to go out for shopping before class. Can you go to the college on bus?" Sama added.

"Sure! If so, I'll bring it now." Sophie gave her a weak smile and went upstairs.

"She doesn't even know what's going to happen with her in the party." Sama started laughing.

"Cheers!" They lifted the glass of juice and laughed.

"Abigail! Did you hear them? They are plotting something against Sophie. We must save her! We must find out what they are up to." I turned to Abigail and shouted.

"Luna! I've already told you not to interfere in their life." Abigail normally said and yawned.

I must do something to save Sophie. I won't hesitate to help Sophie if those evil girls try to harm her. I don't care even if I get punished. Does Abigail really don't care or is she just acting?
