(Read Chapter 34 for some flashbacks, in case you forgot)
Luna's POV:
I suddenly woke up and saw Abigail beside me. She opened her eyes within seconds. We both were on my bed, inside my room. With nothing in my mind, I sat on the bed. Abigail did the same, none of us spoke anything.
I kept on staring at the wall for few minutes, my mind was not able to process anything. I was waking up after so many months.
FLASH BACK!
I am crying in my room alone. My Bunny is gone! My heart is breaking. I don't know why his mom forcefully took him. I don't know why my powers stopped working. I asked Abigail to help me but she didn't. She just let him go. Abigail left me helpless when I needed her the most. Why did she betray me? What am I going to do now?
"Abigail never betrayed you." Someone said, from behind.
I turned back; he was that man who made Abigail an angel. What is he doing here?
"My Bunny left..." I said, hoping he'd help me bring my Bunny back.
"I saw everything." He said, with a weak smile.
"When destiny wants something to happen, our powers don't work. Destiny doesn't let anything mess with it." He said.
"Abigail's too?" I asked.
"Mine as well." He smiled.
"This means Abigail didn't betray me." I said.
"No..." He sat beside me.
"Separating with Bunny was my destiny?" I asked, looking at him.
"Yes." He patted my back.
"He left so that he can come back." He added, with a smile.
"When?" I asked.
"It'll take time." He turned to me.
"I'll wait..." I sighed.
"Abigail's heart is breaking. She is tired. She needs rest. If she doesn't, her soul will disappear." He added all of sudden.
"What do you mean?" I was worried.
"It's been so long since she stayed here, she has never taken rest. These sad days are just making her weak." He replied, confusing me. I felt bad for hurting her.
"I want her to put her into deep sleep." He said.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I'll put her in deep sleep, so that she can take a break from everything." He replied.
"Will she sleep forever?" I asked.
"No... until the right time comes." He said.
"Okay... please so that. Abigail needs rest." I said, even though I'd be all alone without her but she needs to rest. I don't want to make her sad anymore.
"She will never agree to sleep leaving you like this. That is why I'll have to make you sleep too." He surprised me.
"No... how can I sleep? What if Bunny comes back when I'm sleeping?" I shook my head. I couldn't risk it.
"You will wake up when Bunny arrives." He said with a smile.
"If this is for good. I'm ready. But how do we convince her?" I said and then asked.
