"What's with that face?" Abigail asked me.

"I still have many questions." I told her what I was feeling. I was still not satisfied.

"Okay ask!" She replied.

"You said we can't control things of this world but how did the fridge and the room's door open by itself?" I asked, I was still curious.

"We've got some super powers, through which we can control some things." She grinned.

"Can't I meet Ellie using those powers?" A sudden hope arose.

"Your power does not work outside this house." Abigail sighed, killing a bit of my hope.

"Why is this house safe for me?" I asked.

"Because you spent your 8 years here, this house loves you and will protect you." She said. I had to believe everything she said.

"Okay, I can't go outside this house but you can. Why don't you bring Ellie here?" I added.

"I'll be messing with destiny if I do so." She replied calmly.

"So, you mean destiny itself will bring her here? And how do you know that Ellie will be here one day?" I asked.

"Yes, what's meant to be will happen no matter what! I have been helping souls from 120 years, so I know just know. Don't ask how, just take it as my special ability." She replied.

"Okay if it is so when will she come here? Use your special ability and tell me" I asked, hopefully.

"Can't say anything. My special ability doesn't point out time ha-ha! And also keep this in mind that the destiny can change." Abigail said in a serious tone. It sounded more like a warning.

"You are scaring me." I managed to say.

"I am just preparing you for the future." She replied.

"Does our destiny depend on the other soul you mentioned earlier?" I asked curiously.

"Not just that another soul, it depends on 3 of you as all of the 3 ties are tangled." She replied.

"I am not even alive; will my activities affect them?" I asked.

"It will." She said.

"One is me, other is Ellie. Who is the other one?" I asked. You must be thinking the same right ha-ha!

"It's someone who's so important to both of you. And I honestly don't know who that will be." She replied and I decided not to over think about the future.

"Where did you find me?" I asked her without thinking anything. I wanted to know that very badly.

"At the place you died. After sending Bunny and his parents to afterlife, I brought you here because it was dangerous to leave you there alone. You could have lost your existence if I hadn't brought you here. Since that day I am with you." She explained.

"Why don't I remember that?" I asked curiously.

"I made you forget that because you didn't know you were dead. I let you do everything you wanted because I didn't want to break your heart. Even though it was my responsibility to tell you the truth, I couldn't. Next day I decided to tell you everything when you were in the kitchen, but you freaked out when you saw me and ran to the terrace. I decided to give you some time. Again, that night in the kitchen you realized I was visible to you only, that was a silly mistake of mine. Later that night I tried to tell you again and you ended up running upstairs and started crying. I gave up after that. I didn't show up in front of you. And then Mr. John made you realize the truth. I was scared to show up in the terrace but had to and was surprised when you didn't freak out. Now I am here telling you everything." Abigail explained and I listened to her very properly.

"Are you done asking questions?" She asked, stretching her hands.

"There are probably many wandering souls like me, why are you helping me? I mean why are you staying here with me?" I asked her, without thinking anything.

"I don't know why I am helping you. Should I leave?" Abigail replied in a sarcastic way. She knew I needed her. She was messing with me.

"You can't leave." I ordered her and she started laughing.

"I'm helping you because I've my reasons." Abigail said staring blankly at the wall.

"What reasons?" I asked her.

"I'll tell you some other day." She laid on the bed, as if she was tired.

"Okay, but one last question." I laid beside her and she expressed me to go ahead.

"As you already know everything, how and why Rose felt my presence? And the doctor too but not David." I asked.

"Rose felt your presence because you compared her with your mother. You got emotionally attached with her, which made her soul feel your presence. Rose even saw you in the swing, which proved that the attachment was deepening. The attachment was attracting her soul towards you. That wasn't a good sign, it could have even killed Rose. So that night I made her dream that this house is haunted just to make her leave this house. And as per my plan Rose and David left. And regarding the doctor you started having hopes from him that he'd take you to your parents. That is why he felt your presence. David didn't because you had nothing to do with him." She finished explaining.

"Okay one final question." I said as soon as she finished explaining.

"Should I name you question bank?" She said, making fun of me. And I gave her a cruel look.

"Just kidding. Ask-ask!" She let me speak.

"Am I still Luna or just a soul?" I asked the most important question.

"You are still Luna because you haven't been sent to afterlife. And you will always remain 8 years old Luna." She was saying but I cut her off.

"What?? I won't grow older?" I interrupted her.

"No. You died at 8 so you will remain 8 until you go to the afterlife." She replied, yawing. I was quiet after that. I don't know if I was more confused or I had no questions left.

"Luna, I know you are confused, and you want to know what's going to happen in the future. But trust me, its better for you if you just go with the flow. The more you think, the more chance of destiny changing. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not to do anything. No matter what, I am here to guide you and help you." Abigail held my hands and said. I was relieved when she said that.

"Thank you." I finally smiled and she returned the smile.

"Aren't there special shopping malls for souls like us? Like we have to eat and change dress." I asked her, which made her laugh.

"Oops there aren't any. Should we build one?" She continued laughing.

"Regarding food, don't worry about it. Souls don't feel hungry, but still I'll bring food for you. But about clothes and shoes, it's nearly impossible cause you cannot wear anything new until anyone burns it for you." She added.

"Okay sleep now!" I grinned.

"Okay Good night!" She closed her eyes.

Within minutes she started snoring. Wow that was fast! Ghosts sleeping at night nice lol. I don't know for how long I just kept on staring at the wall blankly.
