Chapter 47: Her name is LUNA

"Should I pick you up in an hour?" I received Liam's text when I was having lunch.

"Sure!" I replied.

"Ellie, no phone while eating!" Dad said, walking toward the sink after finishing his food.

"It's sorted." I smiled and continued eating.

"I wonder what arrived in your phone. Your smile is lighting up the whole kitchen." Mom teased me.

Maybe I was blushing a lot.

"Nothing mom!" I laughed.

"Can you pass me the pickle?" I asked, trying to change the topic.

"Have fun!" Dad planted a kiss on my head, drying his hand.

"Sure, Hehe!" I replied.

"Honey, can you please come in the room after eating?" Dad turned to mom.

"I'll be there in a min." Mom said, having the final bite. Then she washed her hands and went to their room with dad.

I then started doing the dishes. Actually, only my hands were doing the dishes, my mind was thinking of the outfits, I could wear. I sighed because I had nothing to wear.

"Bye Ellie! Have fun!" Dad shouted from the living room, startling me.

"Bye dad, have a great day at office." I shouted back.

"You need a hand?" Mom asked, entering the kitchen.

"No, I'm almost done." I replied, washing the last plate.

"Don't you have to go office?" I asked.

"It's work from home!" Mom replied in an excited way.

"Anyway, where are you guys going?" Mom asked, drying the utensils.

"Just for coffee." I replied, checking from phone.

"You're going to have coffee whole day?" Mom laughed, making fun of me.

"I'll be back in an hour or two." I kissed on her cheek.

"Why don't you bring Liam here? I'd love to meet him." Mom said, making me choke.

"Sure!" I replied in a sarcastic way.

Then I went to my room and opened the wardrobe. I sighed again, I found nothing to wear.

"I'm ready, will be there in 15 minutes." Liam texted me, making me jump.

15 minutes? I'm not even ready, I haven't even decided what to wear.

Then I picked my favorite jeans shorts and white crop top. I wore it in hurry and did some simple makeup. I combed my hair and let it down.

"Do I look over dressed or under dressed?" I asked myself.

"Even if you do, you've no time to change!" I myself replied.

*MY PHONE RANG*

IT'S LIAM!

"Hey!" He said as I picked up.

"Hi!" I replied.

"I've reached. Come down!" He said.

"Give me 5 minutes, I'll be there." I said and hung up.

"Mom I'm leaving!" I said, wearing my shoes.

"Have fun darling!" Mom came to me and blinked.

"Have a great day." I hugged her and left.

I don't know why I'm so nervous. I've never felt this way before.
