Now the party don't start till I walk in

"How did that happen! I thought that the lighting was broken!" some exclaimed as we went back to our seats. Me on the other hand, was trying not to think about what happened when we danced.
~5 minutes back~
Towards the end of the song, a sharp pain rang through my head. Trying to not notice it, it grew at an instant, a ringing in my ear, faintly sounding like 'You're not safe! He's going to kill you', shouted by someone really familiar.
~back to present~
"KC!" I broke out of my trance after someone snapped in front my face. "Hey, you okay?" Leo asked, in concern. "Yeah. I'm fine." I said, shaking my head. "C'mon. We gotta get changed now." Linda pulled me to the changing room. "Well, that was a success. We're going to know the results next week apparently." she said as we got onto the bus again.
We were leaving immediately since we didn't really have anything to do and as she mentioned, the results were going to be announced the next week.
"Wonder how the lighting came back on though. It was pretty cool!" said Fred, another guy part of the squad. "Pretty cool indeed." I heard Jeremy's voice cut through, him looking straight at where I was sitting. Narrowing my eyes, I plugged my earphones in, with 'Bless Myself' by Lucy Hale playing at a volume loud enough to block out noise.
~4 days later~
It was almost 7 am. I was asleep, when the cries of help similar to the ones I heard during the dance caused me shoot up in bed. It was like my brain knew what to do. Slowly creeping out of my room, checking whether the others were asleep, I went downstairs. Snapping my fingers, I felt my suit and protective aura surround me. I went straight to the garage, got into the car and turned on the silent engine. Opening the garage door, I drove out, driving where my mind took me. I didn't look back; I wasn't able to.
Beep....beep.....beep.....beep
A beeping noise began, signaling that I was being followed. Looking into the rear mirror, I found four bikes following me on the empty streets of the city. Focusing my attention back to the front, I stepped on the peddle, my speed increasing rapidly. I had to get somewhere; save the person who was screaming.
Smashing my wrist into the upgraded dashboard, I tried to attach my watch to the car. "There." I cried after a minute of struggling. "Lexi, scan our followers." I said, taking a hard right. "Unidentified followers. They've been on your tail since you started from the house." said the robotic female. "Hm. Thanks."
Keeping on hand on the wheel, I held my other hand next to my face and closed my palm. A blast sounded behind me, as one of the bikes blew into the air. Smiling at my success, I hit the pedal harder. "Are you sure you want to go at this speed Kiara?" Lexi asked. "I have to."
The sound of my caller ring sounded in the car. It was Greg. "Shit. Mute road noise." I said, panicking. I couldn't let them know where I was going, specifically to an old warehouse at the edge of the city. "Muting road noise." replied Lexi as the sound proof barriers came up.
I clicked the receive button. "Hey Greg. What's up." I said in a hurry. I heard him yawn before replying. "Where's the car? I heard the garage door close. Are you out?" he asked sleepily. "Um yeah. I am." I replied. "So early?" he asked. "Uhhh yeah. I remembered something that I needed, so I decided to get it since I was up." I said the first thing that came to my mind. "Oh alright. Be back soon okay?" he yawned again. "Mhm. Bye." I said, and cut the call. "I need to get them off my tail. But what do I do?" I thought hard as I swerved right and left trying to avoid the bullets the idiots were shooting from behind me.
I realized that the only other means of transportation was Nate's bikes. "Damn it. How do I get it here though!" My expression froze. "I have to. It's the only thing I can do." I whispered.
I think it was time I finally use my powers of teleportation.
