The next morning, I woke up draped over Casey. "Hi." I blushed.

"I thought you said that I would have to wait a few days for this?" He teased, pushing my hair back out of my face.

"Oh stop it." I mumbled. "Did you take my clothes off? I don't remember undressing last night." I asked when I realized that there was definitely some skin-on-skin contact going on under the covers.

"You looked uncomfortable." He shrugged.

"Uh huh." I nodded, rolling my eyes. I got up and got into the shower, trying to wake myself up a bit more. When I was done, I got out of the shower and wrapped myself in a towel and brushed my teeth. I called Ellie around ten, asking if she wanted to go to the beach with me that afternoon. She agreed, saying that she'd be ready. I already told Devon that he was in charge of bringing the rings. I was on the phone for most of the day, making sure that everything was just right. I walked over to Ellie's place around five. "Ready?"

"Yeah." She smiled, still just a bit melancholy about the wedding. "I was supposed to be on a beach in the middle of nowhere right now."

"I know. I'm sorry." I frowned, trying not to give anything away. I parked a ways down and I
guided her in the direction of where her wedding was waiting. We came upon the scene and she sighed.

"That looks so perfect. I'm jealous of whoever is getting married there." She sighed.

"What would you say if I told you that you're getting married there?" I asked.

She turned to look at me, "Are you serious? Please don't be messing with me."

"I'm completely serious. You see that beach house up there? We're going in there now and we're going to get you ready to walk down the aisle." I smiled, leading her up to the house.

When we walked inside, everything was in full swing. Groomsmen walking around half-dressed, bridesmaids putting on makeup and getting their hair done, and Mrs. Woodcomb was busy giving orders. Chuck and Devon came up to us. "What do you think Ellie?" Devon asked. "Kat and Chuck are awesome. This is all them." He smiled.

"Really?" She asked, starting to tear up.

"Really."

"Thank you!" She pulled us close, hugging tightly.

I had to usher her into the back room to get her ready. I put on my own dress and got my hair done while Ellie was getting her own hair done. When she was ready for her dress, I had to explain that we got her a new dress. "I love it Kat." She smiled.

"I knew you would." I smiled.

At seven, we were all down on the beach, waiting for Ellie to walk down the aisle. I smiled
when I saw Chuck and my dad with her, coming down the aisle. "Perfect." I said quietly to Sarah. I looked over at her and she had an ear piece in. I looked around and found Bryce. The wedding was
perfect and Ellie looked so happy.

At the reception, I sat alone, watching the crowd. Casey was in Castle with the team and Roark. My attention was drifting, and I debated calling it a night. "May I have this dance, ma'am?" I looked up into a familiar face.

"You and I both know that I'm not old enough for you to call me ma'am." I smiled and stood as I took his hand.

"And you know that my southern boy upbringing won't let me not call you that." He replied, pulling me close.

"True. Not that I'm not thrilled to see you, but what are you doing here Evan?" I asked, looking up at him. "Your hair's gotten longer." I mumbled, letting my fingers brush the ends where it touched his shoulders.
