Twelve years ago

Both Amelia and Regulus apparated into the cave where Kreacher was being held. The two of the quickly grabbed the elve who was reaching the burning potion.

"Master Regulus." Kreacher looks quite shocked to see him there. "And Miss Amelia."

"Do not drink the potion, Kreacher." Regulus ordered before facing Mia. "I have to drink the potion in order to get the horcrux." he informed the brunette.

"Wait. What? No. I'm supposed to drink that. For all we know that potion won't affect me." Mia stated her point. "You aren't drinking that, Regulus."

"And what if that potion does have an affect on you? Am I supposed to just sit here and watch you suffer all over again?" The raven haired boy asked in a harsh tone. He ran his fingers through his hair, turning around to face the house elve.

"Master!" Kreacher pointed Mia who scooped up the potion. Regulus turned around, his eyes widened.

"Force me to drink it." Mia said before drinking down the potion. Mia slowly lost her balance.

"For fuck's sake, Amelia, you really don't listen." Regulus hissed as he quickly caught the girl. "Now, I have to force you to drink it. Do you know how horrible that feels?"

Regulus was trying his best to force the brunette to drink the burning potion. In the end, she drank it, almost all of it. When Regulus went back to scooped out one, he couldn't.

He took out the fake locket before switching it with the real one. He carried the girl in his arms. He felt strange, though, like someone was watching them.

Slowly, white, skinny corpses started to crawl out of the water. Muttering under his breath, he faced the house elve.

"Take her with you, Kreacher. Do not let her leave until she it fully healed." he said, kissing the top of Mia's head, placing her in front of Kreacher. He handed the locket to the house elve. "Destroy this. Do not tell anyone about it, agreed?"

"Yes, Master Regulus." The house elve replied, grasping the locket close to him. He held onto the brunette's hand before they disapperated out of the cave.

"Idiot." Mia muttered. "Kreacher, we have to go back." she was begging.

"I must follow Master's orders." Kreacher said.

"He'll die! I won't let him die!" Removing his grasp from her. Mia grabbed her wand before she disapperated back into the Crystal Cave.

The inferi was dragging the raven haired boy down the water. He was trying his best to fight them off but he couldn't.

Mia casted a spell that made the inferi go on fire. She was quite weak but she managed to do it. After successfully saving the raven haired boy, she collapsed again.

"When will this girl ever listen?" he hissed, scooping her from the ground. "Thank you, Mia. You saved me." he muttered before he disapperated outside of a house.

He slowly knocked on the door and waited for her to open the door. When the door did open, Regulus quickly walked inside the house.

"We need help." Regulus said, panicking. "She drank the burning potion." he blurted out, laying the girl down on the sofa.

"She did what?" Esmeralda gapped, glaring at the raven haired man. "This is the second time you've gotten her in danger, Black. We trusted you to keep her safe."
