Three Days Before

"I really don't understand why you changed your face." Said Bryce, sipping on his coffee as he and his 'friend' walked inside the elevator.

"Try being a wanted mass murderer and then you'll understand why." Sirius said, snarkily as he looked at himself through the mirror inside the elevator. His long charcoal colored hair was replaced with a light brown hair, close to Remus' hair. The tattoos on his skin was temporarily gone as was a few scars he has. It was a good alternative, for now thanks to the polyjuice potion his wife made. "Why are you bringing me to your work today? I could've just stayed at home."

"You were wapping for hours about wanting to go out of the house and now that you finally left the house, you complain about wanting to stay home." The blonde doctor scoffed in disbelief. "You are unbelievable, Black. Still don't know what my sister sees in you."

"That's because you haven't had sex me, Bryce." Sirius smirked, patting his back in which Bryce returned him a disgusted look, cursing under his breath. Just on cue, the elevator doors opened before both of the exited and went directly to the Attendings Lounge.

"Rehearse. What's your name?"

With an eye roll, Sirius spoke, "John Laurence. Cousin to your bitter arse. Are you bitter because the girl you like, wait let me rephrase that. The student of yours whom you fancy likes someone else."

"Haven told you?" he exclaimed.

"No, Savannah told Remus and they told me with Haven."

Bryce scowled. "I'm never telling those girls anything ever again." he grumbled, making the raven haired man laugh.

"Where is this girl that you like so much anyway?" Questioned Sirius as he sat down on the couch, getting himself comfortable. "What's her name? Or his name? Can't be too sure."

The blonde rolled his eyes, shrugging off his white coat before pouring another cup of coffee. "She's a girl, you idiot. A pretty good doctor, nice woman, a wonderful mother." Bryce smiled at the thought of Dr. Amelia Priestley. But soon the smile dropped. "And it doesn't matter now since I'm pretty sure the guy she fancies it going to ask her out soon. The father of her children, I assume."

"She has children?" Sirius asked, raising his brows in shock. "And father isn't out of the picture?"

He hummed. "Yeah. Twins, very nice children." the blonde answered, a ghost smile blooming on his face. "No. I don't know. She said that the guy isn't the father, but I think he is. He loves them very much, you can see that he cares so much for those kids and I know he loves her and she loves him. She's just too blind to see it."

After a minute of silence, Sirius burst into laughter. "Not only did you took a liking on your student, you also like someone who happens to have children and is in love with the man who's the father of his children. You're a funny, funny man, Bryce." he said in between laughs before wiping stray tears of joy.

"Fuck you, Sirius."

"Your sister already does." Sirius whispered under his breath, smirking victoriously. "If you don't mind, I'll go back home now. See you later." He gave him a nod before he left the room.

As the elevator doors were closing, a woman slipped past it swiftly before she pressed the 1 button. Sirius didn't pay mind to her until she turned her head to look at him and gave him a smile before she turned her attention to the steel doors.
