Edward and Bella (An Unexpected Outcome)

Chapter 9

Bella POV

As Jasper and I walked around the school grounds I found a quiet and isolated place where there was a bench so we sat down there and I waited for Jasper to started talking. After a short slience he finally spoke. He said that he had a question that he needed to ask me, but did not know how to word it and that it may seem like a strange question. He also said that this particular question has been playing on his mind for a while now and he needs to get it of his chest.

As he said this I had no idea of what could be bothing him so much as we did not know either. Yes he was in several of my classes, but we did not really speap to eacher much. At the same time I was intrigued to find out what was bothering him so much. I was brought out of my thoughts by Jasper asking me if I was okay. I told him I was fine and to ask away.

After a few minutes he finally spoke and I could not be leave what  I was hearing. He had just asked me if I was a vampire or a vampire hybride. I was speachless. How could he know I was different. I had been so careful to hide who I was to hide to Amber was. There was no possible way he could know about vampires or vimpire hybrides. Then it hit me they only way he would know about our kind was if he was one.

Jasper POV

After I finally manged to ask her if she was one of us or a hybride she was quiet. I could feel her emotions going from shock, to worried and confused. Had Alice been right about what she was or did the question just suprise her. After a few minutes she finally spoke and I could tell that she was nevous so I sent a wave of calmness over her which helped her relax a little. After a few more minutes of silence she finally spoke. She said that she was a vimpire hybride asked asked me how I knew about vampire? I told her that I was one along will the rest of my family. I then asked her her how old she was and she told me that she was 167 years old and that she only found out that she was a hybride when she was seventeen and so scared that she did not know what to do so she ran away from home and left all her loved ones behind. I then asked her if she had knewn a person called Edward Manson when she 17 and she told me that she did and that she loved him and that he was one of the main reasons she ran away. She was scared that she would hurt him and that he would not be able to accept her for the moster she was. She also told me that the day she found out she a hybride was also the day that she found out she was pregnant with Amber and she also told me about the note she had left for Edward and what she had written on the note.

Aftrer she told me that Amber was her daughter I froze. Edward  had a daughter. Bella noticed that I had froze and asked me what was wrong I then told her I had something else I had to tell her and I did not know how you will react.

Bella POV

After I had told Jasper everything I noticed that he had froze after I told him that Amber was my daughter. I asked him if he was okay, but all he said was that he had something else to tell me and he did not know how I would recat to what he had to say.  At that moment I had a thousand different things going through my head. What could he possibly say that he did not know how I would react.

After a few munites past I asked him what is it u need to tell me, but all he said was that he didn't find the right words or how to tell me. I told him to just take his time and to tell me when he was ready. A few more minutes passed and he finally spoke. He said that he knew Edward and that after he had found the note he never gave up looking for me untill both him and his mother found out that they had Spanish influenza. He then went on to tell me about what happened to his mother and how she had told Dr Carlise that she knew his secert and what she had asked him to do for her son. He then went on to tell me that after he had been changed into a vampire he still kept looking for me for many years.

Once he had finished I asked him if he knew where he was now? He told me that he had been living with him and his family scince he had been changed and had become like a brother to then all and like a son to Carlise and Esme.  He also told me that he had taken on the family name although he still kept his former last name in his and used it as one of middle names.

That is when I realised that the new boy in my biology class looked like the spitting image of Edward Manson because he was Edward Manson. The boy I loved and left in order to protect him, the father of my child. Of Amber. How was I to tell her that after all these years that her father is still alive and that he now a vampire. Would she want to meet or would she hate me for turning her world up side down. Then I thought about Edward and what I had done to him all those years ago. would be be able to forgive me or would he hate me. I decided to ask Jasper what I should do and not to tell Edward about Amber.

Jasper POV

After I had told Bella that he was here and attending this school she realised that Edward Cullen the new boy in class was infact Edward Manson the boy she left behind when she found out about what she was and ran off only leaving him a note. After a few minutes had past she made me promise not to tell Edward or any of the other family members about Amber as she would tell him in her own time and that she never stopped loving him and asked me if  she should  tell Edward who she is or leave him alone and let him get on with his . I told her that I would keep the identity of Amber a sceret, but she has to talk to Edward and tell him everything she had told me. She said that she would do her best, but it was not going to be easy.
