Y/N's POV I was sitting at the grill while my friends rushed around to find a way to get rid of the Mikaelsons
I'm human and somehow I'm a close friend of vampires and werewolf's and witches
They didn't want me out of my house with the mikaelsons lurking around mystic falls but honestly I wasn't scared it wasn't like they would let me be alone without Damon or Stefan being a stalker and watching my every move
I was sitting in the grill waiting for my drink when I see this blonde girl walk in

I couldn't keep my eyes off her
She looks at me and smirks and comes up to me
"Hello beautiful/handsome/perfect" she says as she sits down next to me
I blush and look down "hi....who are you if I may ask"
She hesitates "I'm Rebekah" she says and smiles
I felt like the name was familiar to me but I couldn't exactly pinpoint it
Me and Rebekah talked for hours when Damon walked in to the grill to get his normal bourbon and turned around and immediately walked towards me and Rebekah
"What the hell, are you here to bring Klaus his next victim?" Damon asks with complete anger on his face
My eyes widen as I've never seen this side of Damon
Rebekah immediately gets up "no I'm talking to a beautiful/handsome/perfect person" she says
I smile as I look at Damon and then back to Rebekah
"No no no no no and did I mention NO" Damon says so loud
I get between them as I separate them
"What is going on? Damon explain" I say looking into his eyes
"Little Miss Rebekah here is not a normal girl, she's Rebekah Mikaelson" Damon says expecting me to freak out and back away
"Okay? I know they have messed with you guys but you guys aren't saints either and they haven't messed with me so leave me alone and let me live my life god!" I say angrily and storm out
I lean against the wall as I sigh and I feel someone hug me and thinking it was Damon I went to push the person off but I saw the blonde hair and I knew it was Rebekah
I smile and hug her back
"Hey why don't you come to New Orleans with me? My family will love you and I know you don't want to be here since you know that whole gang will say stuff because you're friends with me" Rebekah smiles
I think about it and it sounds nice to leave mystic falls and I get to be with Rebekah
"Yes I will go with you" I say and Rebekah smirks and rushes me back to my house and leaves me alone to pack
I sit on the bed and knew I had to let everyone know the truth of why I was going but I wasn't going to tell them where I was going because I knew they would come to New Orleans and attack the mikaelsons probably thinking I've been compelled

I'm sorry guys but I'm leaving mystic falls. I just want you guys to know I'm safe and I'm leaving on my own accord. Nothing is going to happen to me I'm going to be protected. I don't know if I'm gonna talk to you guys a lot but I'll let you guys know when everything is okay and that I'm settled in. I love you guys so much. Please don't forget me❤️
I shut my phone off and hear a car horn so I grab my bags and everything else that I need and open my door and look at Rebekah
