Everyone was shocked that Klaus somehow got Hayley pregnant but everyone knew that we had to protect Hayley and now the baby. Immediately, after people starting finding out that Hayley was pregnant with Klaus baby, instantly people were trying to get in and kill the baby and Hayley. You guys needed to protect them. You didn't know how many people you killed everyday who were trying to get in and kill the baby
You specifically were told by Klaus to protect Hayley as she felt the most comfortable around you. You got very happy, hoping you could tell Hayley about your feelings towards her but over the months of her pregnancy. You noticed the way her and Elijah looked at each other. You knew what Elijah's loved life was like. Heartbreak. So you felt like Elijah deserved love more than you did so you never said anything about your feelings for Hayley, wanting Elijah to be happy
One day, Hayley was out with Elijah doing something and at this point I didn't care what they were doing. You stopped caring after Klaus told you about their embrace when Hayley came back to life. You were holding Hope as she was the sweetest little baby, you've ever seen.

You heard some footsteps behind you so you turn around to see Klaus. Klaus smiles at the two of you. He considered you a sister/brother/sibling, without wanting to dagger you.
"Hello loves" Klaus says which makes you blush. You couldn't deny that his accent was something else but you were into Hayley. Hope smiles and giggles once she sees her father. They had an amazing bond
"Hi Nik" You smile and look at baby Hope as she held onto you tighter, silently telling you that she didn't want you to let go of her.
"When are you going to tell her?" Nik asks as he smirks at you. You were hoping that he wasn't talking about your crush on Hayley. You didn't show any reaction as to hopefully not seen suspicious
