Y/N's POV
Here I am crying again over the guy who doesn't even pay attention to me

Im talking about Elijah Mikaelson. My former best friend who I'm still in love but he's way too focused on that little werewolf Hayley

Klaus, Rebekah and Kol have been trying to tell me that Elijah is just acting stupid and that he loves me but I know he doesn't. If he loved me then why would he be so focused on Hayley?

I met Elijah after Klaus introduced me to the rest of his family since me and Klaus hooked up once even though i wished it was more and I ended up getting pregnant with our baby who we later named Hope

I always liked both brothers but I didn't want to cause anything between them so I only kept my feelings for Klaus hidden since everyone knew my feelings for Elijah but I think having hope with Klaus made me feel more love with Klaus than Elijah

Even though me and Klaus aren't together we of course co-parent for our daughter and she's the most special thing to me.

I'm sitting down on the couch watching Elijah and Hayley sit close to each other outside and laugh

I felt my heart break and tears started gathering up in my eyes so I just went upstairs and almost right on time, Hope started crying

I rush into her room and hold her close to me as Klaus runs in

He looked at hope and saw that she was okay and walked to me and her and put his hands on my lower back

"Are you okay love?" He asks me after seeing my tears

"It feels like the world is punishing me by letting Hayley and Elijah be together" I say with my voice cracking and Klaus kisses the side of my head

"Just give him time, he's just being stupid" Klaus tells me

Even though I didn't believe him I just nodded my head

The rest of the day I was with Klaus and hope and I actually was enjoying it and forget about Elijah and Hayley

I went outside for a little bit to get some fresh air when I feel someone turn me around with force then stab me in the gut

I look down to see a sword through my stomach and when I look up I saw Tyler Lockwood

"T-Tyler" I cough out and I can see heartbreak in his eyes

"I'm so sorry Y/N....I really liked you but you're my ticket to Klaus I'm sorry" he says as he kisses me on the forehead then twists the sword in my gut and once he rips it out, I fall to the ground

Authors POV
Kol was walking back from being with Davina when he smelled blood so he rushed to the place where he smelled it and saw Y/N

"Y/N!" Kol yells and quickly picks her/him up and rushes inside where everyone rushes downstairs

Klaus rushes to Y/N and holds her/him as Elijah watches in shock in the background

"K-Klaus take care of our little girl for me please" Y/N say with tears in their eyes thinking about their little girl and how she's gonna grow up without her mom/dad

Klaus knew that Y/N never wanted to be anything supernatural so he wasn't going to force her/him to become one if they don't want to

Y/N's POV
"I will love I will..." he says with tears in his eyes and for the last time he leaned down and his lips touched mine

smile into the kiss and I then pulled away, deciding something

"Klaus can you please turn me?" I ask as I look at my wound and see the blood soak through my shirt

"Y/N...love are you sure?" He asks as I nod

"I don't wanna leave you or hope behind...I have always loved you Klaus...ever since we hooked up and when I had hope that made my feelings for you grow...sure I like Elijah but it's not anything more than like but you're my everything Niklaus Mikaelson" I say and Klaus smiles and bites into his wrist

I feel Klaus take his wrist away and look at me before snapping my neck

Authors POV
Elijah stands there and he can't tell if he's sad or happy that Y/N choose his brother

Sure he loves her/him but he also loves Hayley...but he never was able to even see if anything would've happened between Y/N and him because now she's with his brother and their daughter

Klaus picks Y/N up as the rest of the mikaelsons leave the house to find whoever attacked Y/N well except Elijah who just didn't want to see Y/N being with Klaus so he left the house and Hayley followed after him confused

Klaus lays Y/N down on the bed and waits for her/him to wake up when he hears Hope crying so he rushes to hope and picks her up

"It's okay littlest wolf...I'm gonna protect you and your mommy with my life" he says and kisses her forehead and takes her to the bedroom so that she can see her mom/dad
