Reassurance.

chapter seven.

I was frozen in the chair. I tried not to panic as I told myself over and over it was only Jamie, he didn't mean to hurt me.

His hand slid forwards to my knee and I jumped up from my seat. I saw Jamies shocked expression then Luca and Adam looked up at me. I ran out of the room and darted up to my bedroom. I sat down on my bed and pulled my knees up to my chest. It wasn't long before Jess found me.

"Hey Zee, What happened?"

I looked up at her.

"Luca and Adam have a new friend, Jamie. He told me I was beautiful and since then I always catch him looking at me."

I knew she had no idea what was so bad and she waited patiently for me to continue.

"During the film, H-he er, put his hand on my leg and stroked it then er rested it on my knee." She gave me an understanding nod.

"Flashbacks." I whispered and Jessica pulled me into her arms aa a silent tear slid down my cheek.

After five minutes of being held I straightened up and Jess sat next to me. There was a knock on the door. I was dreading it that it was my brothers or even one of them. The door creaked open and Jamie revealed himself.

"er, Zara. Are you okay?" He looked down at his feet and played with his hands in nervousness.

"Excuse me? Can I speak to Zara please?" He looked at Jess, hope in his eyes.

"No!" Jess snapped at him.

I wiped away the tears and looked up at them both.

"Jess its fine, you can wait outside I feel okay." She nodded then looked at him with a death glare before leaving my bedroom.
