"Hey Jamie." I smiled up at him but he carried on staring at the ground.
"Jamie, I understand you that you probably dont really know whats happened last night. You admitted it might have been too far and I know it sounds silly but it was too far, too far for me atleast. And again that sounds silly but I cant explain to you, not yet anyway."
I looked up at him again but his expression was the same. Straight face and staring down at the floor.
"I want us to get to know each other though. I want us to have a good friendship, if you're going to be friends with Luca and Adam then we have to make an effort." I took a breath. "Please, Jamie. I know you wont understanad but I hope that in the process of us getting to know each other that you will eventually be able to uunderstand. But we only met yesterday and for you to be able to get to know me I need to have trust and reassurance in you." I stopped and waitied. It was a few minutes but he spoke eventually.
"I understand Zara. I didnt mean to be so forward, I promise. If you dont mind me telling you this again but you are beautiful and i wanted you to know that. The other bit was too far and im sorry, again. I would love to get to know you. But I also want to be accepted in, I want to be a part f your life."
"That's fine. You can ask me anything, if I dont want to answer then you have to respect that. Once my trust is built we can make our friendship stronger. It's hard to explain what I want to say."
"Zara, its fine I get it." He smiled at me. That gorgeous smile of his.
"Okay. So, lets get to know each other?" I asked him, studying his facial expression from the corner of my eye.
