Wolf's P.O.V.
I sat in the shed, staring boredly at the hole in the wall. I heard humans call it a window sometimes.
Some would say, 'Honey, open the window!' or 'Shut the window!' or 'Get me a window!'. I don't really understand why they would talk to honey though, all it is, is just a slimy goup, I don't really like it.
The door to the Cash Den jiggled and the two cubs appeared again. The brown furred one had been nice to me and taken the Death Rock out of my shoulder, the Luna wasn't any help though. I get the feeling she's against gross stuff.
'Hey! She's awake!' the brown furred one exclaimed. I don't know her name.
'Be careful,' the Luna said. 'She could still be dangerous.'
She? How'd they know I'm a she - I'm not even gonna ask.
The brown furred cub slowly crept forward, not making any sudden movements.
'Hi girly,' she said quietly. 'You want something to eat?'
Food! I was starving! My stomach thinks my throat's been clawed out!
She took out a piece of human food. It looked light and fluffy and smelled like fruit and other ingredients.
This wasn't meat, what the heck was this?
My stomach didn't care, whatever it was, I wanted it.
I slowly padded forward and held my wings close to my body. I reached for it, grabbed it, and flapped my wings, jumping back.
The cubs watched me as if waiting for something.
I glared at them and held the food closer to my chest, growling.
The Luna laughed. 'Aspen, I think she thinks you're going to take her muffin!'
Aspen? That's a weird name, she doesn't look like a tree to me. Humans are weird.
They left and I ate my... Puffy thing in peace. They seemed nice enough, but I had to get back, it wouldn't work without me there, I need to get home.
A sound woke me later that night. Actually, a lot of sounds wake me here. humans, FireMonsters, humans, birds, did I already say humans?
I stood up and shook my head.
Guess I'm awake now.
But the sound didn't go away, instead it got louder. I smelled the air. Yep. Definitely human, but they smelled almost like the Luna.
'Stupid daughter, left me with her crappy messed up jeep and leaving me to refill the windsheild wash.' it sounded like the Luna, maybe it was kin?
An adult female human opened the door to the den.
I immediately jumped to my feet, growling.
She screamed and dropped a big container of smelly liquid. It smelled like the stuff humans put on the head of their FireMonsters to clean them.
'LUNA!!!!!!!!' The woman screamed so loud a wolf from space could have heard it.
A bang appeared and the Luna reached her mother's side. She stared wide eyes at me with both fury and fear.
What? I didn't do anything, it was all the woman's fault.
'What is that creature?!' the woman screeched.
'I don't know!' the Luna exclaimed. Just by her scent I could tell she was lying.
'Call the cops!' she screamed. 'Get the Army! Just get that damn thing out!'
'I'll get Aspen!' the Luna said.
'Aspen?! What's she going to do!?'
'Just get in the house and I'll take care of this,' the Luna pushed her mother away.
After the other woman had left, the Luna took out a small, black box and tapped it.
'Aspen, get here quick, we have... a problem.' the Luna looked at me and I bared my teeth. If she wanted to fight, I gladly would.
