I don't own... Phantom, blah blah blah. BUT, I'm very glad you guys are enjoying the story! A lot of it will be in Elyza's point of view. So, without any further ado, onwards!

Elyza

I walked up to the large, double doors excitedly. I pushed them open with the fancy, silver door-handles. I was greeted by the rich smell of luxury and the scent of... Erik..? I hadn't paid much attention to it, but of course I had noticed that he always wore a bit of cologne. Not enough to make you wrinkle your nose in disgust, but enough to make you turn your head, wondering, "who was that who was smelling so good?" I inhaled deeply, letting it be a breath of fresh air in my lungs, before actually taking a look. There was a sitting space with a wicker couch with a black cushion and a bookcase. The shelves, filled with very thick books. I went over and saw that some of them were about art, but most of them were about music. I sighed contentedly and a bit surprised. Other than art, music was my passion. I loved to play piano and sing a tune... every once in a while. I wasn't much good, I knew, but I still tried. I forced myself to look away and I took notice of a grand staircase curving down to the white, plush carpet below. A chandelier hung from the high ceiling above. That man had to be very wealthy... "Liz-Marie?" I called and my voice rang out and echoed sweetly throughout the large house. "Elyza", she replied from down the corridor I hadn't even noticed. My bedroom was in the centre of the space. She ran from a room, which I had assumed was her bedroom, and up to me. She wrapped her arms around my thin frame tightly. "You're awake! Aren't you grateful to Erik for letting us stay in his house? Come see my room!" I nodded and let myself be pulled along to my baby sister's bedroom, laughing along the way. It was just like mine, except, instead of red and black, everything was blue and white.White and blue were her favourite colours. She didn't play piano, so, she didn't have any instruments her room. I wondered how Erik knew I played, but I assumed Liz-Marie told him, which was why he placed me in that room. "It is lovely, sister." "Yeah! I think so too! The rest of the house is gorgeous, t--". Distantly, I heard footsteps coming from downstairs. Erik was ...home. I liked that word. "Good afternoon, children", he bellowed up the stairs. Liz-Marie grinned and fled the room to the top of the staircase, leaving me alone in the room. "Hi, Erik! Welcome back... Elyza's awake", I heard her say back, running down the stairs. I decided to make my presence known. I left the room, shutting both doors, and began walking downstairs before saying to Liz-Marie, "don't run in Erik's house, Liz-Marie.... Hi, Erik." He chuckled and shook his head. "Hello, Elyza. This is our home now, everything is quite alright. What do you think of it?" "It is gorgeous..."
