Chapter a little slower than the rest but oh well, every chapter can't be exciting

Killua hadn't cried to either one of his parents in years, he couldn't remember the last actually but right now he was balling his eyes. "Do I have to?", he was terrified. Killua hadn't stayed anywhere but the castle he was raised in, he had only been outside the royal grounds twice. And now only a day after his first heat, they were on their way for his union to this stranger.

"Yes", Kikyo wasn't happy with this herself, but she knew saying that would only make things worse, instead she put up a strong front. It was early noon and the queen was exhausted. It had all started when she walked into his room unannounced declaring that he freshen up so that they may get the long day started. She had to work and even bribe her youngest two children to assist her with getting him ready, "Killua enough crying", she had voiced her slightly, nowhere near screaming but to let him know that she meant business.

That didn't help, if anything it made all worse, the poor teen was sitting in the carriage seat trembling in fear.

The ceremony was to be held in a neutral location, somewhere between both of the kingdoms since King Gon stayed so far away it wouldn't be an awfully long ride of the two alone, even though they technically would be one at that point.

This was it. After the small ceremony, he would be ripped away and who knew the next time he would see them. Once everything was over, he no longer belonged to them, he would no longer wear the Zoldyck name.

The mother and son duo were in the horse pull contraption along with Alluka and Kalluto who just sat quietly. Alluka felt for her older brother but she knew he would learn to love the King he was to be married to. Her long conversations with the other Alpha while he visited, gave a good impression though she could never be too sure especially since she won't be there. She pulled back the small curtain that covered the window to watch the hillsides and the river pass by as they traveled towards their location.

Killua had eventually cried himself to sleep, leaving three Alphas to each eye one another waiting on someone to talk first. Kalluto was the first to say something, "it is a lovely day", he was trying to make small talk to ensure Killua was indeed napping. Alluka and Kikyo both agreed with the statement pausing again, eyes moving to the white-haired prince who didn't stir.

"Okay", Kikyo took a deep breath. "What do you two think about the King?", The two turned to look at each other before turning back to face their mother. "Come on, I know you two talked to him", the Queen huffed.

"I didn't really engage King Gon much", Kalluto pointed to Alluka, "but sister had a lengthy conversation with him", Kikyo'scat-like dark eyes turned to her only daughter.

"Well umm", Alluka didn't appreciate being put on the spot by her younger brother, "He seems to care about Killua". Kikyo raised an eyebrow, indicating that Alluka needed to elaborate. The princess was skeptical about telling everything so she just told about the things Gon did while Killua was in heat and his open expression of concern for the prince. Kikyo hummed, taking in all the information being fed to her.

The carriage came to a stop, Kalluto took a look out the small window, "We're here". Alluka lightly shook Killua awake, the blue eyes blinked open. Killua looked at the three pairs of eyes watching him, and Kalluto repeated himself. The carriage filled with the scent of panic and fear, everyone else in the carriage knew it was pivotal they found a way to soothe the omega. A servant opened the door, but Kikyo directed him to close the door back and give them a second.

Kikyo wanting to redeem herself took the first shot at calming down the omega, she combed her long slender fingers through the white curls but that didn't help any. Kalluto took a stab at it. He took off his scarf and wrapped it around the pale neck, hoping the scent would do something but it only masked the scent Killua was secreting. Alluka wrapped her arms around her brother's neck and traced small circles into the slender back. As she did this, she began to whisper into Killua's ears, the aroma died down slowly. Dark eyes watched the pair, Kikyo was relieved while Kalluto felt a quick wave of jealousy being that he couldn't do such things.
