Ruby's P.O.V~
"You haven't contracted it, which means that Glenn might have a cold on top of recovering from the virus." Hershel tells me happily through his surgical mask.
"That's wonderful!" I say, embracing him in a hug.
"Have you been eating well Ruby?" He asks me as I pull back.
"Yes, why?"
"Because you are undersized. The baby is six months in and you don't look more than four." He says as he eyes up my baby bump.
"Seriously?" I ask worriedly.
"Yes. But don't fear too much, it will probably be fine." He says before patting me on the knee and walking put the room.
I put both hands to my stomach and feel my baby kicking like crazy.
"I think it's ready to leave." I joke as Hershel puts his hand to my stomach.
"I reckon it's a fighter." he replies happily.
He let's go and starts to pack up his things.
I stand up and run my hand through my hair to smooth it out a little bit.
Hershel finishes packing and stands up straight, his hand extended for me to shake.
"I'll see you soon Ruby, take care of yourself." He says as I shake his hand.
I turn back towards my bed and lie down, the baby takes so much energy from my body.
I can leave the infirmary pretty soon.
Max is already gone, he is with Clover and is having fun back with his friends.
The group gave him a personal congratulation at dinner for how he saved those people and killed the walkers.
My eyes are closed but I can still feel Glenn slide in beside me.
"Hey." He says calmly as his arm snakes around my waist.
"How are you?" I reply.
"I'm feeling really good." He says happily.
I turn my head to face him and he stares at me intensely.
"What are you going to do first when we get out of the infirmary?" He asks me happily.
"See Max." I reply quickly.
"What about after that?" He asks.
I think for a minute before deciding.
"I wanna go to our spot." I tell him firmly.
Glenn looks at me, his face reading no particular emotion.
"That is the best plan ever." He reveals after a minute or so, his eyes sparkling and a smile evident on his face.
A sudden searing pain alerts me and I sit up quickly.
"What's wrong?" Glenn asks anxiously.
I double over in pain and Glenn grabs my shoulders, holding me firmly.
"The baby..." I yell "There's something wrong with the baby!"

Glenn's P.O.V~
I pick Ruby up bridal style and run her out of the room towards the visiting area; there's always someone there.
She groans in response to me carrying her and I duck my head down to kiss her.
"You'll be alright, you'll be alright." I chant as we swing around the corner.
I step into the room and immediatly i'm spotted.
"What's wrong?" Someone yells.
"The baby!" Ruby groans from my arms.
I move towards the door, not caring who is on the other side of it.
"Get Hershel! Get Hershel!" I yell, kicking the door to get more attention.
I look up from Ruby's face to see Beth turn and run to get her Father.
I look around the room and see people coming up to help me.
Someone drags me a chair and sits me down, but i'm still holding Ruby.
I look down to her and she is holding my shirt tightly, her face contorted in pain.
I grasp her tighter pulling her towards me and nuzzling my face in the crook of her neck.
"I'm sorry Glenn." She sobs quietly.
"What?" I ask pulling my face up and looking at her, making no effort to hide the fear from my face.
"I wish I had remembered you sooner..." She tells me before her eyes shut slowly.
"Ruby? Ruby?!" I scream as I shake her to wake her up.
Someone tries to take her from my arms as I shake her harder and harder.
I lash out and punch the person, throwing myself off balance and falling to the floor.
I hover over Ruby shouting and crying trying to get her to wake up, before I feel a sharp blow against the back of my head.
