Shamie's POV
Now I'm already infront of the door. I'm now infront of the house.
Huminga muna ako ng malalim bago tuluyang iapak ang mga paa ko papasok sa bahay.
Hindi naman siguro galit si ate Kate sakin diba?
"Noona!" Marcus said right after I close the door.
"Hi?"
"Shamie," si ate Kate naman ang nagsalita. She's sitting on the couch. Just simply sitting on the couch with a little smile on her face.
"We're going upstairs. Looks like you need some quality time with each other. If you need something, don't hesitate." Wyll said and they all gather towards the stairs.
"Thank you. Before I forgot, we need to be in– "
"– In the studio. Before 10. Practice. Noted noona." Wyll said and smile at me. Mukhang sanay na sila sa ganoong set-up. I mean, they've been doing it for a year, practicing, and such.
"Okay . . Thanks Wyll," I said and give them all a smile. Sumenyas sila na aakyat na sila and I nod at them in return.
"Ang gwapo nila! You live with all of them in just one roof?! Buti hindi mo sila pinagnanasaan!" Sabi ni ate Kate as soon as the members are gone.
"Ate naman! Your mouth is dirty!"
"Oy! Nag-toothbrush ako 'no!"
I stare at her for I don't know how long. It's just that––
"Okay, now. What's with that look?" I sigh after she cut what I was about to say in my thoughts.
Anyway, I can just tell it to her right away naman diba? What is the reason I am staring at her like that.
"Ate, do you have any problem? Habang kausap kasi kita kanina sa phone, you sounded like not yourself. Its like you're not in your usual tone. May problema ka––"
"That is just a way of mine to pretend that I do not know anything. Shamie, it is you. Ikaw dapat ang tinatanong ko kung okay ka lang. I know that you've been through a lot lately, and I think the thing I will tell you will somehow lessen the sadness. It can give you the courage to let it all go. To set it all free."
"May iyakan portion bang magaganap?" I asked. Though, I know na may mangyayaring iyakan. Based on her tone, based on her serious tone. Based on her serious expression.
"Well, yun ay kung mapipigilan mo ang mga luha mo sa pagpatak,"
"Can I just first record a video? Before that Iyakan Portion na yan. I'll just get my guitar." Sabi ko while quoting in the air in the middle of saying the "Iyakan Portion".
"Yeah, I think that's a good idea. I brought my guitar, you can use this." She said while handling me her guitar.
