Shamie's POV
Even if Rye said that I should not cry over him, hindi mo naman mapipigilan ang mga luha mo sa pagpatak diba? Lalo na if you're really really hurt.
Pagkaalis na pagkaalis nya, the tears started to flow again. May race kasi sila. At sa paligsahang ito, mukhang walang mananalo. Dahil ang may-ari ng mga mata, ay naiwang talo.
We've been together for years and in just a snap, wala na. Wala na kami.
I cry, again. Again and again. Akala ko kanina tapos na yung iyak. I am ready to forgive him after they kissed, but I did not expect that. I did not expect him to broke up with me.
My phone beep, I receive a message from Thea. She send a picture of Rye and Mary Rose kissing. Iba na talaga pagka-chismosa ne'tong babaeng 'to.
Right after she message me, she call and syempre, I answer it immediately.
"Madam! Napatawag ka?" I tried to sound cheerful as I can be. But it seems like my voice doesn't want to cooperate with me.
"Shamie, do you know that?" She called me by my name, means that she is serious.
"Alin?" I asked even if I already know what she is talking about.
"The picture I sent to you. Do you know something about that?"
"Mmm... I saw it earlier." Sabi ko habang pinipigilang umiyak. I'm a very sensitive person. Madaling umiyak, madaling masaktan.
"I'm going home tomorrow. Pag hindi bukas, sa isang araw. Wait for me, and we'll teach that bitch a lesson."
"Madam..." I said in my warning tone. Ayaw ko namang mapaaway 'no.
"I know how much you love Rye madam. Pero it is not right naman that after few days of being cold to you, bigla nalang syang makikipaghalikan sa pinsan kuno nya."
"Okay na. He broke up with me earlier."
"Yan, kasi may kapalit na? Ah basta! Igaganti kita! At walang makakapigil sakin, maski ikaw! Wait for me okay? Bye muna, may work pa ako. Take care madam!"
And then she ended the call. I'm really really really thankful having Thea as my bestfriend. May pagka-war freak sya pero keri lang.
After all the dramas because of Rye and the sermons of Thea. I decided to sleep.
I need to rest for the show tomorrow. Nangako ako kay ate Kate na pupunta ako, so I have to be there.
Nagising ako because of the alarm and also because someone is calling me.
It must be ate Kate. To remind me for her show maybe?
Inabot ko mula sa side table yung phone ko, at bumungad sakin ang sigaw ni ate Kate.
"Shamie! Be here at exaclty 7 okay?! 7 a.m. not 7 p.m.! You only have 30 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to drive! Get ready! Bye!" I didn't even had a chance to talk. Pinatay nya agad yung call.
Chineck ko yung oras sa phone ko at kung minamalas ka nga naman, 6:00 na! I have 1 hour to prepare and to drive papunta don. Gusto pa naman ni ate Kate, 20 minutes early than the call time.
Dali-dali akong dumiretso papasok sa banyo to take a bath.
Luckily, natapos ako after 20 minutes. 10 minutes to prepare, and yeah, 10 minutes to drive. Hope I can make it in time! Well, ate Kate's call time rather.
