Chapter Sixty-Four: Little escape

Shamie's POV
"You're just making it worse, Shamie!" I was startled, once again.
We're back here at the hospital. Kagabi, hindi na muna ako bumalik kasi pinagpahinga ako nina Erlyn sa condo ni ate Kate. We came back early in the morning. Thea's awake, and she confronted me. Not in a good way, because she's mad. Really, really mad.
"I'm just helping you, madam. Sino bang nagsabi sa'yo?" I asked, and then I saw Marco smirked.
"I told her. Alam mo Shamie, you should not interfere with our lives anymore-- "
"Shut up Marco! You're the one interfering!" I said which made him shut up.
"You don't have the rights to shout at him!" Thea shouted which made the whole room quiet. Hindi ako si Bobbie ng The Four Sisters and a Wedding pero bakit ako? Bakit parang kasalanan ko?
"Shamie, just leave. Please, leave," Thea then spoke up while looking at me, no, she's glaring at me.
"Seryoso ka?" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko while looking at Thea. She seems so frustrated. Is that because of me?
"I said leave!" Medyo tumaas na ang boses nya while pointing at the door.
I looked at her in disbelief, and I felt tears flowing down face. She wants me to leave.
"Tara na, Shamie," bulong ni Erlyn sakin. But I didn't move for a second.
"Ako ang tumulong, ako pa ang masama. If something happens that would solve your problems, don't thank me." Mariing sabi ko before walking out the room.
"Arrange our flight Erlyn," sabi ko kay Ers na agad nyang inasikaso. We're waiting for a cab outside the hospital. Na kina ate Kate pa yung gamit namin, so we have to go there first before going to the airport.
"Shamie! Shamie!" I heard someone shouting my name from inside the hospital. Ate Annie's running, heading to us.
"Shamie, sorry about earlier. Ako na ang humihingi ng tawad for Thea's behavior. I'm really really sorry," she said nang makalapit na sya samin.
"Okay lang ate Annie," I said calmly.
"Sorry talaga," she said again and I just smiled in return. Napapagod na ako. All I can hear is sorry, all they can give me are words. I'm so drained.
"Shamie!" Someone shouted again. This time, it's ate Kate, together with Jake.
"Saan kayo?" Jake asked habang inaalalayan si ate Kate na maglakad. I looked at Katherine, asking if she could answer him.
"Kukunin lang namin yung mga gamit sa condo ni ate Kate, then we'll be heading to the airport. We'll fly back to China," sagot ni Kate sa tanong nya. Si Erlyn, she's still busy preparing our flight.
