Shamie's POV
We're done grocery shopping, and we are now heading where Liam's unit is.
Medyo malapit lang pala ang grocery store sa unit nya, di pa sya ang bumili.
"Ate!" A voice shouted at my back pagkababa ko sa sasakyan.
"Hi Liam!" I wave my hand in the air.
He walked towards our direction.
"Come on ate. I have something to show to you." He said as soon as he reach us. He was about to drag me with him pero tumigil ako.
"I need to help Thaniel with 'your' groceries. You might wanna help us too." I said, emphasizing every word. Hindi talaga dinadapuan ng hiya itong kapatid ko kahit katiting manlang.
"Okay . . Okay . . 'Ate'. . ." Sabi nya na parang napipilitan pa.
Hindi talaga kami sweet ng kapatid ko, mas madalas na makita kami na nag-aasaran. Buti nga di kami umaabot sa pagre-wrestling eh. Pero close naman kami.
"Noona! It's heavy!" I looked where Liam is and saw that he's trying to carry a box full of fruits and chocate drinks. Cute, . .
"I'll take it from here . . . Just carry the grocery bags." Sabi ni Thaniel at inagaw mula kay Liam yung box.
We do what he said, carry the grocery bags, and also, dinala ko na rin yung Brioche to his unit. Favorite nya yon eh.
"Ate," Liam called me softly by my name while we were walking through the hallway, walking behind Thaniel. We are now heading where the elevator is. Nasa 6th floor pa pala yung unit nya.
"Hmm?"
"Bukas na,"
"Ang ano?"
"Distribution of our report cards,"
"Ano daw bang oras?" I ask while checking time by time kung anong floor na kami.
"8 in the morning Noona, don't be late, . ." He said, kasabay ng pagbukas ng elevator.
"I've never been late!" I blurted out a soon as we reach his unit. He open the door for us and turn on the lights. Dumiretso ako sa balcony nya.
Ibang klase naman, grabe! Naiingit na talaga ako dito sa kapatid ko.
From his balcony, you can see the city. Not the whole city, basta yung specific part lang. Not much pollution. You can easily appreciate the nature's creation. The sky, the clouds that can fit-in in your imagination. The not-so-loud noises coming from the vehicles.
And for sure, mas maganda pag night, because you can see how beautiful the city is with colorful lights. How lucky my brother is, right?
