It has now been a couple of months and the team still had no leads on where they could find Darhk, but they kept on stopping his attempts to have things stolen and also stop his attempts to take over the city a few times. They knew that if they kept stopping Darhk's plan he would show his face soon enough and that would be when they would take him down.

Laurel was also still doing good in the mayor's race, now with a six-point lead with just over a month to go until the election. The only problem she was having was reporters were asking her how could she be mayor and be out on maternity leave right after she was put into office if she was the winner of the race. She had answered that she would most likely have to put the kids in the daycare that was at city hall for their employees. She knew she wouldn't be able to take more than the time it would take her to heal from having the babies anyways.

That seemed to calm everyone down being that she had a plan of what she was going to do in that situation. She was about seven months along now, which meant that if she won the election, she would have her swearing in a few weeks before the babies were born.

She had also started to spend a lot of time with her future children, so that she could get to know them while they were here. It was so weird to see how much they both looked like her and Oliver. Conner was a mirror image of Oliver except he had Laurel's eyes and Olivia was pretty much a mirror image of Laurel with Oliver's eyes. It looked like the Canary Cry got passed down as well, because Olivia had it and she was very good at controlling it as well. Conner was like his dad and used bow and arrows.

"So, are either of you dating right now in your time?" Laurel asked.

"I date Uncle Barry and Aunt Caitlin's daughter, Dawn." Conner said.

"That's good. What about you Olivia?" Laurel asked.

"I have dated a few guys, but the guy I am dating right now, I think could be my best experience as of yet?" Oliver said.

"Do we know who this person's parents are?" Laurel asked.

"Yeah, I am dating Superman's son, Jonathan." Olivia said.

"Does he have powers, or does he take after his mom?" Laurel asked.

"As of right now, he is taking after his mother. But who knows if that might change?" Olivia said.

"That's true, but that is not something you need to worry about until it happens." Laurel said and Olivia nodded.

"So, what do you two want to do today being as I have off of work?" Laurel asked.

"I would like to just hang around here. Plus, you aren't supposed to be up that much anyways. Doctor's orders, you know." Conner said.

"Yeah, I know. It just makes things really boring, but it will all be worth it once you two are born." Laurel said.

"You might disagree with that in a couple of year." Olivia said and then all three of them laughed.

"How about we call your dad and see if he can meet us for lunch?" Laurel asked.

"That sounds like a plan. You go call him and we will be getting ready." Conner said as Laurel picked up her phone and called Oliver.

"Hey babe. How have you been today?" Oliver asked.

"Everything is good. I am getting to know the kids and we had an idea that we would come and meet you somewhere for lunch if you are available." Laurel said.

"Yeah, I was just about to take my break now, but I will wait until y'all get close, then I will leave and that way I will have the whole hour with my family." Oliver said.

"Ok, we will see you soon. How about that Italian place around the corner from your building?" Laurel asked.

"Yeah, that will work for me. Let me know when you get there and then I will take off and meet you guys." Oliver said.

"Ok, see you then" Laurel said as she hung up and went to get ready herself.

The lunch went well, and they all decided to go for a walk through the park until it was time for Oliver to go back to work. The other three continued their walk through the park until Laurel started to get tired. They got her situated on a bench beside a woman who looked like she was probably in her early sixties.

"So, how far are you along young lady?" The woman asked.

"Just over seven months. Thank god this will be over in two months. I am sore all over. I never used to be like this." Laurel said.

"I remember that feeling. Wanting the pregnancy to be over, but when you see that baby for the first time, everything changes, and you know that those kids are the love of your life." The woman said.

"I have heard lots of stories like that. I hope it is the same way with me." Laurel said.

"I am sure it will be dear. Oh, and by the way, I hope you become our mayor. I don't trust that Ruve lady as far as I can throw her. By the way my name is Jean." Jean said.

"Nice to meet you Jean, I am Laurel which I think you already knew that." Laurel said.

"Yeah, you are pretty popular in the news right now considering you are running for mayor." Jean said.

"Yeah, I sometimes just wish that I could have a normal quiet day. I mentioned that to my husband once and he just laughed because he knew there was no way for that to happen." Laurel said.

"Well, I guess he has a point there. I mean he has been under a microscope for his whole life. When you married him you also married into it. So, I am guessing you have gotten pretty used to it by now." Jean said.

"Yeah, I have. Well, I need to get going. It was nice to meet you Jean." Laurel said.

"You too dear. Hopefully we will see each other again soon." Jean said and Laurel nodded as she left the park and headed home.
