The Return of the Queens

Chapter 65

It was now time for the heroes of Earth 1 to fight for their lives and their Universe. They were ready and they went outside of the bunker so that they could make sure that the people that were around wouldn't get hurt. The heroes who weren't paragons fought when they could but their main purpose right now was to make sure that the people were safe and so they were evacuating them out of the area.

"Geez, these things are everywhere, and they just keep coming?" Laurel said.

"I know, but we knew there were going to be a lot of them from what Novu said." Oliver said.

"Yeah, but I didn't expect this. I wonder where the Anti-Monitor is? The sooner we fight him, the sooner this will be over." Laurel said as she unleashed her Canary Cry on some of the Shadow Demons, which disappeared.

"Well, that was unexpected, but it might be helpful for us. Don't wear yourself out, but whenever you can, use your cry." Oliver said and Laurel nodded as she unleashed another loud cry.

At that point Novu appeared with the other heroes which caused the Anti-Monitor to also appear. The two started sending blasts at one another and it was then that Oliver and Thea felt something powerful run through their bodies, and they assumed that it was their power being awakened.

"All of you paragons just need to focus on defeating the Anti-Monitor and it will happen." Novu said and the heroes nodded.

Soon Novu was overtaken by the Anti-Monitor and vanished. This left it all up to the paragons who could see that the battle was being lost. Oliver and Thea looked at each other and they knew that they had to do something, so they thought about the earliest place that they could go to take on the Anti-Monitor being that it looked like this universe was soon to be destroyed. With that their powers encircled the whole group of heroes and took them to the Dawn of Time.

"What the hell is this? Is this what it looks like when the world is gone?" Batman asked.

"No, this is the Dawn of Time. We thought it would be the perfect place to start up a new multiverse and the best place to fight the Anti-Monitor as well." Thea said.

"I guess you have a good point. It would make since to start everything over here. So, what is the plan?" Laurel asked.

"We all work on taking down the Shadow Demons until the Anti-Monitor shows up. Thea and I will go and fight him then. If we get the upper hand, the Shadow Demons might disappear. At that point the other paragons will need to watch us carefully and use their love, hope, courage, humanity, truth, morality. Thea and I will spark the fan, the six of you will need to fan it and keep it going." Oliver said.

"Ok, we can do that. Let's end this." Batman said and all the heroes nodded in agreement.

Soon the fight started, and all the heroes were fighting the Shadow Demons and doing a pretty good job of it at that. Not long after the Anti-Monitor appeared, and Oliver and Thea looked at each other and Oliver appeared next to the Anti-Monitor, and they began to fight. At first it looked like the Anti-Monitor had the upper hand, but Oliver summoned all his power and he started to get the upper hand on the Anti-Monitor.

"Even if you start a new multiverse here Mr. Queen, you can't destroy me, which means I will just destroy what you have made here in the future." The Anti-Monitor said.

"I thought you might say that That is why I brought a friend." Oliver said and that is when Thea appeared behind the Anti-Monitor and started to blast him as well. This proved to be too much for the Anti-Monitor, and it caused him to explode and then Oliver and Thea looked up at the sky and shot beams of light up into the air, which caused the multiverse to start to reform with the help of the other paragons.

Oliver and Thea then appeared down with the rest of their friends as they all watched the new multiverse was forming. "I would have thought something that would take that much power would have killed you two." Batman said.

"I think it might have if it was just one of us doing all of that, but with the two of us, it split the power needed, therefore it kept us from dying." Oliver said.

"Well, I for one am glad that is the case, because I don't think I could raise two kids without their father there to help me." Laurel said.

"I told you I would never leave you again when I got back from the island, Laurel. I meant that." Oliver said.

"I am glad that I didn't lose you as well Thea. You get along with Nora better than I do. You can always get through to her better than I can." Sara said.

"I don't think it has anything to do with you. It is just that Nora and I have a lot in common. We came from powerful families, so we know how that works and therefore we can bond over that. You just need to find something that you have in common with her." Thea said.

"I will try." Sara said.

"Look at it. It's beautiful. When do we get to go back home?" Caitlin asked.

"Not too long from now. We just need to make sure everything is done forming first." Oliver said and everyone nodded.

"So, what do you guys hope that is different on this Earth?" Thea asked.

"I hope everything is basically the same. The only thing that I would change is that maybe all of us try to get together more often when it is not for some sort of fight or anything like that. We need to get together to just have fun together sometimes." Laurel said.

"You know, I like the sound of that. I hope we can all do that." Caitlin said and all the others agreed.

"Ok, it is time to go to our earth now. We will transport you all to Star City right now and then we will make sure that everything with the Anti-Monitor is done, then the rest of you guys can go home." Oliver said as he and Thea started to transport all the others back to earth and then they sent themselves back as well.
