It had now been a few weeks since the Ninth Circle had left Star City to make Emiko think that they wouldn't come after her anymore. They thought that now would be a good time for them to come back being that no one would be expecting them. Except for the fact that they were wrong and Team Arrow had been watching them all along.

"Looks like the Ninth Circle is making their move and they are coming back into town." Barbara said as she was on the phone with Oliver letting him know what was going on.

"Where are they located?" Oliver asked.

"A warehouse in the Glades district of the city. It would be the perfect place to hide if we hadn't been watching them this whole time." Barbara said.

"I am sure it would. I will let Emiko and Thea know what is going on. I will let you call the rest of the team and give them the heads up." Oliver said.

"On it boss." Barbara said as she got busy calling the rest of the team.

Oliver walked to the other office on his floor first and found that Thea was busy at work. "Mind if I bother you for a minute?" Oliver asked.

"Just as long as it is something interesting and you aren't just here to mess with me." Thea said.

"Oh I think this will peak your interest. The Ninth Circle is back, so you will finally get to fight them." Oliver said.

"About time. I was starting to get antsy here. I think we have done to good of a job cleaning the city up. It is boring out there now." Thea said.

"Yeah, I get what you are saying, but atleast everyone is safer now than they used to be. Why don't you take your girlfriend out on a date or something. We can watch Nora for the night sometime if you want." Oliver said.

"We might take you up on that sometime, but not until all of this Ninth Circle mess is over with." Thea said.

"I agree. So, I am going to tell Emiko what is going on. You want to come, or do you just want to get back to work?" Oliver asked.

"I think you can take care of it. I will stay here and get some work done. I mean some of us have to do some work around here." Thea said with a smile.

"Watch it Speedy. I can fire you." Oliver said.

"You wouldn't dare." Thea said.

"You're right, I wouldn't. I just had to have some fun with you though. I will see you later then." Oliver said as he left Thea's office and got on the Elevator so that he could go down to Applied Sciences.

"To what do I owe this surprise, brother?" Emiko said.

"I am afraid that it is about time for us to fight the Ninth Circle. Barbara saw them entering the city again. After work we will all meet at the bunker so we can understand better what they can do and how we can stop it." Oliver said.

"Yeah, that sounds good. Thank you for telling me all of this." Emiko said.

"It's no problem. So, meet up with Thea and me after work and we will all ride to the bunker together. No one needs to be alone right now." Oliver said.

"On that we agree. I will see you in a few hours. Hopefully we can end this really soon." Emiko said.

"I think we can do that if we all work together and we all know what is going on." Oliver said.

"Yeah, I think so too. I will see you later. I need to get back to work." Emiko said.

Oliver was now back on his was to his office when he got a phone call from Laurel. "Hey, I wasn't expecting a call from you today." Oliver said.

"Sorry. I just wanted to see how Emiko is taking all of this." Laurel said.

"She is taking it surprisingly well. I think she knows that she is part of a team that will really take care of her now. She seemed really relaxed when I just talked to her which is surprising." Oliver said.

"I think she just trusts you, so she knows that she doesn't have to worry about anything." Laurel said.

"I wish I had the confidence in myself that all of you seem to have in me. I just think I do more harm than good most of the time." Oliver said.

"You've always been to hard on yourself, Oliver. You are a good man and you are the hero that this city needs." Laurel said.

"I wish I saw myself as a hero, but I still see myself as what I saw myself as from the beginning. I am not a hero, Laurel. I am just what the city needs for right now." Oliver said.

"I guess we agree to disagree then. Anyways, I just thought that I would check in. I will see you tonight at the bunker." Laurel said.

"Make sure that you and Sara travel together as much as you can today so that if the Ninth Circle does decide to go after someone other than Emiko, everyone will be protected." Oliver said.

"We will. I will see you tonight. I love you." Laurel said.

"Love you too. See you tonight." Oliver said as he hung up the phone and sat down at his desk so that he could get back to work.

The rest of the day seemed to go by pretty fast so it was now time for Oliver to meet up with Thea and Emiko so that they could all ride to the bunker together and get their plan for the Ninth Circle together so that they knew what to do when the time was right. When they arrived at the bunker the rest of the team was already there, so they got right to it and came up with a plan that would hopefully get rid of the Ninth Circle sooner rather than later.
