"Didn't you hear?"
"What?"
You lifted your head at the sound of new voices and peaked out of the box.
"You know the kid that died?"
"Yeah? What about it?"
"The guy who killed her is out"
"What?!"
You flinched at his sudden loud voice and hid back in the box, listening to whatever they were talking about.
"Can't believe they'd let someone who'd kill their own kid out free"
"I heard he got bailed out, from one of the top guys"
"And they let him go that easy? What a bunch of bull" he grumbled
"Well they did-"
"Achoo!" You sneezed and sniffled
"Who's there!, you got some fucking nerve listening on others "
You flinched and held your breath, your little heart thumped in your chest. The fear rising as you heard them walking over.
"What the , there's no one here?"
"....then where the hell did that come from? You heard it too right?"
"Yeah...maybe they ran off"
They were standing by the box now.
And you tried your best to be very quiet and still.
"Well shit I was getting bored"
The man kicked the box you hid in making you cry out in pain.
"What the hell?!" The sudden noise startled him.
You fell out of the box writhing in pain.
"Whose kid is this?"
"What the hell is a kid even doing here?"
The man jabbed his other friend.
"Just look at her, this dirty thing dosen't belong to anyone" he sneered
"Ah so you were the one we heard" they picked you up by your shirt.
You were already crying, the pain from the kick sending waves of pain.
"Hey how much you think we'd get if we sell her?" They began speaking amongst each other
While they were distracted, you tried getting up without making any noise. You quickly took off in a sprint running as fast as you can with the limo that afflicted you.
"Hey! Get back here!" They chased after you
You panted trying to run and just as you got out the alley way you ran into someone and fell.
