RED
______________"Can I get you a drink?"
"Water" I spoke
A minute later and a glass of water was brought to me. I played with the glass and glanced over to my right. It was a bit full tonight, but when was it never. I tilted my head to the side opting to rest it on my hand as my eyes scanned the room.
Two, three, five tables down. That's where he was sitting with a group gambling over a pile of cards. He stood out like a sore thumb, his colors of black and red clashed greatly with the brighter colors around him. He grinned as he slammed his hands on the table, his one gold tooth glinted and his glare fixed on the monster in front of him.
I turned my attention to the water in front of me. I have frequented this bar quite a few times, whether it was on a job or to simply relax. It was surprising just how much of your contracts hanged around here. Well, this place is one of the best to do business at. I wasn't working today, at least not particularly. I suppose something or someone has caught my attention as of late.
My gaze drifted back over at the table. He no longer stood but was now laying back in his chair a cocky look on his face with his earnings right in front of him. Looks like he had the best hand. Fell was his name. I didnt need to do much research about someone so wildly known. He was dangerous, probably the most dangerous one in this city. He had control of alot of areas, this bar being one of them. Not many would know that of course since hes mostly in the shadows.
I have had many clients that tried to commission me to deal with him. They paid well of course , but I wasnt too keen on bargaining my life over money. It wouldn't be the first time, but someone like him is unpredictable. He was much more crueler than people thought. I would have to be crazy to try to get on his radar.
I chuckled to myself and looked back at my glass of water. I took it into my hands and stood out of my seat walking right over to that bastard. What can I say I am crazy. I'm fascinated by someone so vile that it almost drives me insane, I itch to kill him but also to have him. It was quite the dilemma.
I smirked as I got closer to the table. My gaze was focused on his unsuspecting self, the gaze of a killer eyeing her target my heart pounded with excitement. I stopped by their table. None of them paid attention to me as they were caught up in their gambling.
I raised my glass and turned it over.
--SPLASH--
The table went quiet. Water slowly dripped down his head, his clothes now drenched. I dropped the glass on the floor as it shattered to pieces and stood there with a malicious grin.
His head slowly turned to look at me. The gaze of a killer staring at another but his was much more fierce. He stood up taller than me and pressure more overwhelming. His gaze burned red with anger his sharp teeth flashing at me but most importantly his attention was all on me.
"Do you want to fucking die" his tone was dark and threatening but eerily calm. It was hot.
I smiled playfully "oh...maybe" I spoke calmly
After those words left my lips I quickly took a step to the side as a bone rose from the floor ready to skewer me. My eyes grew wild with excitement.
