-GIVING IN-

For Sans nothing was different. It had been the same show over and over again. The same day would repeat over again and the kid would arrive. He would do as he was programmed to, wait for them, shake their hand, and smile. It was always the same thing. Reset, reset, reset, reset, reset. Thing is he wouldn't have cared, or bothered much if the resets always continued on the Pacifists route, but that kid, they diverged suddenly and when he thought he could of gotten through them and make them change their minds they continued each and every single time. The skeleton was tired, he was of so tired. Tired of everything, the resets, waking up every day just to know nothing would change, that he couldn't stop the kid, that he couldn't save his brother let alone everyone. He was just another cog in the machine to be played by some kids game and that's how it's always gonna be.

After turning to dust and fading away yet again another Reset happened. And so the story begins again.

After shaking Frisks hand and letting them go off beyond the bridge to again do their puzzle games with Papyrus. Sans let out an exhausted sigh. His dim sockets couldn't bother to shine he just couldnt wait for it to end. Sans teleported to catch up with them just as Papyrus came passing through.

"I ALMOST FORGOT, I SHOULD REALLY FIX THIS BRIDGE BETTER"
Papyrus stood on the opposite side of the bridge getting ready to move the wooden poles.

He knew he should be up ahead waiting for the newly arrived human but he thought he had enough time to fix the bridge. It had been bothering him lately that it was inadequate.

In the middle of assessing the bridge Papyrus heard what sounded like footsteps in the snow. When he turned around he was shocked to see what he found.

"OH MY GOSH!"

Sans arrived home after sleeping at the sentry station. But as he entered the door his metaphorical heart jumped out of his chest to see the kid sitting right there. Usually by now they would be on their way...getting ready to fight Papyrus. He became confused.

"I see your still here kid...Where's my brother?" He asked nervously

"Papyrus?, when arrived he wasn't here, so I'm waiting for him" they smiled

Sans gave frisk an uneasy look and they grinned.

"You dont have to look at me like that Sans, I haven't done anything, yet that is"

Sans clenched his fists and then relaxed for a bit. It was weird that his brother wasn't here yet.

Frisk suddenly got off the couch making sans tense.

"Since he's not here yet I'll just go have some fun and explore a bit, I'll see you later sans" they smirked

Sans face darkened as they left through the door. He walked over to the couch and sat down letting out a tired sigh. Suddenly the door slammed open startling him.

"SANS!" his brother yelled

"Yes...Papyrus, what's got you so excited"
He looked over at his brother or ran up to him.

"SANS LOOK AT WHAT I FOUND" Papyrus held you out in front of him showing you to Sans who had a surprised look on his face.

"ITS A TINNIER HUMAN. TODAY IS MY LUCKY DAY, ILL DEFINITELY BE IN THE ROYAL GAURD NOW!" Papyrus beamed
