//GENOCIDE//
I did it.
I finally did it. It took longer than I ever thought it would bit I finallu completed genocide. I smiled in satisfaction, the time and struggle it took just to make it this far made it all the more rewarding. I can't even begin to count how many times I've died. I've so many times that- well anyways all that matters is I finally won. It was frustrating and the anger I felt was unbearable but in the end it was all worth it. I stared at the sunset with a smile on my face, a smile that slowly started to disappear. Now that it was over I felt a little empty inside. I looked back at the cave behind me that I could no longer enter through. Everyone on the other side is dead. You would find nothing except piles of dust if you were to go back. I thought about all the monsters.
Maybe I should bring them back. I thought about I thought very deeply about it. The only thing that was preventing me from doing so was Sans. The fact that he was aware is what made things so difficult for me already. Last thing I wanted was to have the chance of meeting him again. I turned away from the sunset and walked down a path that would lead me out of the mountains. Perhaps I'll make up my mind once I sleep on it.
------
I woke up in a cold sweat panting heavily. I clenched onto my sheets tightly and took a deep breath calming down.
"Where...did I reset already?" I asked myself
I turned on the lamp beside my bed and looked around the room. I remember stumbling across this little town after leaving the mountains. But something didn't feel right. I tried wiping that bad dream out of mind. All I could see was Sans. He was just standing in the darkness staring at nothing and then- I decided not to dwell on it any longer.
I looked at my save file, I had to determine whether or not I reset. It looked like I did, but the problem was why I couldn't remember doing it. I closed my file, it's not like I was going to reset again to figure it out. I got out of the bed and slipped on my shoes. I opened the door to the room and walked down the empty hallway. I looked out the window outside it was snowing gently and the snowflakes shimmered in the moonlight. I walked down the steps of the inn. I wanted to head outside for a little just to get some fresh air but I bad feeling made me stop.
I stood in the lobby looking around. Something really didn't feel right. I walked passed the receptionist desk that was empty and towards the front door. I gently pushed it open, the soft jingle of the bell making a sound. The door closed behind me softly and I stood outside in the chilled air just watching the empty street and houses.
It was so quiet it was eerie. I looked up at the night sky watching the snow fall gently, when I looked back my eyes focused on something rather strange. I took a step closer and squinted to make sure I was seeing things right. My eyes focused on what I was looking at and sure enough that was a person lying on the street. I looked around and slowly walked up closer. They were not moving. I got closer to the person reaching a hand but paused when I noticed the blood. I stood up quickly, my heart pounded and I looked around. I was unsure if they got run over or someone killed them and ran off, but I didnt want to wait amd find out. I quickly ran back into the inn up to the desk to use the phone. As soon as I grabbed the phone that's when I noticed the receptionist dead bodies on the floor. Blood was pooling around her and her body was full of puncture wounds. I put a hand to my mouth and backed away.
I didn't know what the hell was going on. I tried using the phone, my hands shaking, but the signal was dead. Why? I put the phone down.
