Warning: this episode contains mentions of self harm, and it's quite visual. Just thought I'd warn you, just in case. Enjoy.

Black.

That's all Robyn could see. Dark. She blinked her eyes open, sticky with blood.

She was alone, tied to a chair, the room dirty, windowless. Her forehead stung with some cut of a kind. The floor and walls were stained with something almost like paint. And the door ahead of her was plain, solid metal.

She was trapped. Panic washed over her, biting at her heart, her breathing increasing, choking, vision darkening.

No, no god help, not again, never again, HELP! Please, please...
Fists connecting again and again, Scarlett splattered again the floor, screaming, so many screams, the bodies, piled up, pleading faces....

This room. A man. Shards of glass. Scars. So many scars. Scars on my face, scars on my legs..... scars on my wrists. The blood, pooling, pooling, dripping. Shouts. Then nothing.

Robyn snapped back, panting, shaking, nearly sobbing.

"No... NO no I can't be back here! NO!! Never again I swore never! Please...." her voice faded away to a whimper.

"Reaper. You 'ave returned to 'us."

She shut her eyes, then opened them again. As she did so, something changed in her gaze. It faded, turning almost to stone.

"Brody. How long was I out?"

"Ah, 'he remembers 'us. Does 'he remember, I vonder, the last time she was in this room?"

"Yes." Robyn's face was ivory pale, but cast in metal, as if resigned to her fate, "Yes, she remembers."

"And so, 'he remembers failing us?"

"I remember refusing to do your dirty work! I REMEMBER REFUSING TO KILL A CHILD!!"

"You are angry. Vhy? It needed to be done. It vas your own fault you failed. It was your choice to end it."

Robyn's voice was deadly quiet now. "You told me to kill a child. I refused, so you killed the kid yourself. You tortured him. Then you said I was to be punished. I didn't want that. I didn't want to be punished for a crime I didn't commit. So I tried to end it. And you intervened. Why?"

"You were still useful."

"I was your machine. Your killing machine. Look at me Brody. You did this to me."

Brody reached forwards, brushing his immaculate hair away from his face. He grabbed at her wrist, twisting them around, baring the underneath.

"I didn't do this though."

Robyn twisted her arm away, hiding the faint white gashes hidden beneath layers of other scars.

"Where is Bucky!?"

"He is gone. You have been out for nearly 42 hours. But if you are talking abut the soldier then-"

"No."

"Sorry?"

"Bucky isn't gone. You know that right? You can't control him."

"We already are."

Brody strode out of the room, smiling softly as the shell shocked girl. But as the door shut she raised her head, looked down again and sighed. Because, pulsing softly, against her side, was a flashing red light.

The winter soldier stood, standing outside the door. He refused to leave, any attempt to do so was immediately discouraged. He was guarding the door. Whether he was stopping something from leaving, or stopping something from entering no one could tell. But he stood there, listening. And as the rest of the guards watched, the door locked, the facility quiet, and the cameras on, he stood. And the song started. And somewhere, somewhere inside the winter soldier, something sparked. And Bucky Barnes started to fight back.

The sun is fading,
The winds on the rise,
Listen to my lullaby.

The storm is brewing,
The clouds are grey,
Let me wash all your worries away.

The stars are shining,
Hear my song,
I'll love you till the dawn

The sun is fading,
The winds on the rise,
Listen to my lullaby.

The ships are sinking,
Hope is gone,
But with you by my side,

We will live on.

* I wanted the song in Hungarian but ah,the Hungarian translation is slightly more... Well it doesn't translate the same so it's in English. Also sorry, the episode was quite dark. But I guess you now know a bit more about what's she's been through.
