A destroyed metal man was stumbling towards them, his eyes lit threateningly.

"Stark!" Steve questioned.

"Kibaszott krokodilok szent anyja*..." Robyn whispered, and Bucky nodded in agreement, he having learned a few of her more commonly used phrases.

The being was talking now, almost confused, lost. Tony was trying to call for a reboot, while they all stared in shock.

He was talking about a mission. A deed that needed to be done. Thor gripped his hammer, Maria cocking her gun. Robyn almost subconsciously moved, her hand straying nearer to her thigh, where a switchblade lay in waiting.

She felt a hand on her shoulder, and flinched away, before realizing who it was. She'd unconsciously stepped in front of Bucky, and shrugging off his hand she fell back beside him.

The robot was still speaking. "Peace in our time."

And then it all went to hell.

The rest of the team were talking, shaken about what had just happened. Talking about the robot. Ultron.

But Robyn was watching Tony.

"—There was no one else in the building..." Maria quizzed.

And then it happened. "Yes there was." Tony walked forwards.

The hologram was destroyed. J.A.R.V.I.S was destroyed. No wonder Tony looked so wrecked, though he seemed to be hiding it quite well.

The conversation continued, Robyn listening, but not partaking, still staring at the glow of the one thing she had left of her dad.

And then she was snapped out of it by Thor storming across, through the projection and grabbing Tony but the throat.
Natasha was the only one fast enough to grab her as her hands went to her blade, and the only thing stopping her from disabling the God of thunder. Permanently.

As he lowered Tony to the ground, she relaxed against Natasha's grip, and was released, though not before the black widow experienced a rather terrifying glare.

"—How were you guys planning on defeating that!?" Tony was saying.

"Together."

"We'll loose."

"Then we'll do that together as well."

Robyn felt a pressure at the side of her head, and glanced aside to see Bucky flick his eyes away, sheepishly.

As Steve started making plans, and most of the others headed out of the lab, Robyn turned to Tony. He was leaning over one of his messy desks, staring into space.

"You okay?" She whispered, coming up behind him.

He jumped, before realizing it was her. "I.... if we die... because of something I...."

"No. If we die because of something had had the potential to change the world for the better, then that's on all of us. No, not because we all built it. I'm not gonna try pretend that at least a bit of this is definitely your fault. But you had a reason to do it. A good reason. And that's enough."

"Is it enough to compensate for the death of billions?"

"J.A.R.V.I.S' death.... his.. it wasn't your fault. Stop it Tony. Stop blaming yourself for a mistake thousands of others would have made as well. Because it wasn't a mistake. It was a step. And so what you missed the step, but what's the worst that can happen?"

Tony turned to her with disbelieving eyes. "Ultron could wipe out everything!!"

"Or he could not. It's just another fight in the end. It always is."

"And what if we loose the fight?!"

"Then we fight the next fight, and win the war."

"Why is everything a war to you?" Tony stared hard at her. But the answer was said matter of factly, and calmly.

"Because that's all I've ever known.

Look, We lost today. We might lose tomorrow, we might lose—"

"If this is supposed to be helping—"

"Oh just let me finish. The point is, bad things happen, but you can get over them. Take it from someone who has spent way to long doing things they shouldn't have. Being someone they never wanted to be. You lose, again and again and again. But you push through. We can handle this. Together."

"Don't quote Steve's nonsense at me!" But he was smirking slightly at her, and she grinned back.

"Goodnight, Szeni*"

She reached out and hugged him, before saluting sarcastically, loosing her tie, and heading away.
