Sweet Tooth [Ushijima x Reader]

I quickly became nervous as he suddenly stared at me.

I fumble. Scared and exhausted. I run towards the bus. I wasn't ready to process the emotions inside me. I was confused and tired.

Everyone was inside the bus already.

Ushijima calmly walked behind me. I got on the bus. I realised my seat was taken.

I looked at Kyla, and she sinfully giggled. She was now sitting with iwa. That meant....

Ushijima entered the bus.

He just stood there.

"Hurry up, take your seats. We gotta leave. The hotel sent a confirmation." Mr Utsui said.

I nod and take my seat. I put my bag down. Ushijima later followed.

I kept silent and kept looking at the window. Ushijima was huge. His shoulders squeezed my body to the side. If my life is a rom-com, shit isn't funny. I am suffering right now with these butterflies in my stomach.

I realise Ushijima was nervous as well.

"Poor girl getting squashed by Toshi," Hoshiumi exclaimed. Iwa giggled.

"Just put your arms around her and on the seat to create space," Kyla replied.

"Yeah, that will work...." Bailey supported her.

I could see Kuroo smirking at the front.  I wanted to crawl inside a hole now.

Ushijima looked at me for permission. Since I didn't want to sit one hour like this. I nodded. Maybe the approval had more to do that, but I didn't care at this point.

He put the arm around me and placed it on the seat. I thanked God it wasn't my shoulders.

I scooted the side and relaxed my shoulder near the window now. Ushijima widens his legs a little and stretched the other leg near the bus aisle.

After few mins, I started dozing off to sleep. Jet lag is cruel.

My head laid on the vibrating window. I subconsciously adjusted but still too tired to move.

Suddenly the uncomfortable vibration of the window stopped, the surface became soft. And I dozed off to sleep.

Ushijima slowly placed his hand between y/n's face and the window. After y/n dozed off to sleep, he placed y/n on his shoulder so she could comfortably nap.

I softly feel a tap on my shoulder. I open my eyes slowly. I couldn't believe this why everything is like some romantic movie. I am not enjoying this.

His shirt was covered with some of my drool. I quickly wipe my face.

"I am so sorry. I didn't know when I slept." I tried to explain, panicking after every word.

"We have reached..." he simply spoke.

I nod. He gets up.

"Others are waiting for you," He spoke.

I nodded. How long was I even asleep?

Embarrassed that everyone saw me sleeping and drooling my ass off on USHIJIMA, literally. I looked down and walked. Thankfully everyone was still unloading their bags.

I go near the luggage area under the bus, unloading the baggage. Iwa was helping Kyla with mine and her luggage.

I thanked Iwa; he gave a kind smile and nodded.
