Third Person POV:

"Lock it! Lock it!" Scott screams as they slam the doors shut.

"Does it look like I have a key?" Stiles snaps sarcastically.

"Grab something!" Scott yells, panicking.

"What?"

"Anything!"

Stiles stands up and peers out the door's window. He sees a pair of bolt cutters a few feet away.

"No," Scott realizes what Stiles is going to risk. "Stiles, no! Don't!"

Stiles ignores his friend's pleas and opens the door slightly, squeezing himself through the small opening before closing it. He cautiously walks to grab the bolt cutters, Scott watching from the window. Stiles looks up when he hears Scott yelling from behind the door.

The Alpha is standing right beside his jeep. He starts running towards Stiles.

Stiles picks up the bolt cutters and sprints back through the doors of the school. He shuts the door and places the bolt cutters over the handles, blocking them from opening. The boys peer back through the windows, but the Alpha is nowhere to be seen.

"Where is it? Where did it go?" Scott asks nervously. Stiles turns on a flashlight and scans the parking lot and then the blocked door.

"That won't hold, will it?" Scott asks, looking at their makeshift lock.

"Probably not," Stiles replies. The boys turn around and search the hallway. They run into a nearby classroom at the sound of a loud howl from outside the building.

"Desk!" Stiles yells. The boys grab opposite sides of the teacher desk and try to move it, but it makes a loud screech as the legs scrape against the floor.

"Sh! Stop, stop!" Stiles exclaims, "The door's not going to keep it out."

"I know," Scott answers.

"It's your boss," Stiles states.

"What?" Scott asks, confused.

"Deaton. The Alpha. Your boss."

"No," Scott argues.

"Yes, murdering psycho werewolf" Stiles retorts.

"That can't be!" Scott denies.

"Oh, come on," Stiles explains, exasperated. "He disappears, and that thing shows up 10 seconds later to toss Derek 20 feet through the air? That's not convenient timing?"

"It's not him."

"He killed Derek," Stiles states. "And quite possibly Hana, too. She's still out there!"

"No, Derek's not dead. Hana can't be dead," Scott tries to tell himself.

"Blood spurted out of his mouth, ok? That doesn't exactly qualify as a minor injury," Stiles sarcastically retorts. "And Hana is still outside with him and the Alpha! They're dead, and we're next."

"Ok, just..." Scott trails off. "What do we do?"

"We get to my jeep, we get out of here, you seriously think about quitting your job. Good?" Stiles runs to the classroom windows to look at his jeep. Scott tries to open the windows.

"No, they don't open. The school's climate-controlled," Stiles explains.

"Then we break it." Stiles gives him a look.

"Which will make a lot of noise," Stiles points out.

"Then... then we run really fast," Scott responds. The boys scan the parking lot and stare longingly at the jeep. "Really fast."
