Everybody's busy at the living room of the house while Wyatt laid in his bed with two inch cut in his forehead near on his eyebrow that was now with stiches. He also has black eye the reason his friends were laughing at him lately.
He can't walk because his other leg was hurt as hell according to him. Savannah didn't really gave him mercy. What's with that woman hand to put Wyatt in this situation? Para bang may bakal ang kamay niya at paniguradong masasaktan nang sobra ang tatamaan niyon.
"Tiniis kong mag-wheel chair nang panandalian at balik na naman ako sa sitwasyong iyon. Ang babaeng iyon, hindi na nagbago."
"Bakit kasi hindi ka tumakas o umilag man lang?" Nawawalan ng ganang tanong ko.
"I respect her a lot even if she's so violent."
"Kaya nga iilag ka. Hindi ka lalaban pero iilag ka."
He sighed. "I know and I know I deserved this."
"Good to hear that. You can nurse yourself now. I'm going to apply tomorrow."
Nilingon niya ako at nginisian. "Really? Where's your documents?"
"Napag-usapan na natin ang tungkol rito." Sabi ko nang matalim na agad ang tingin sa kaniya.
Nagkunwari siynag parang inosenteng nag-iisp. "I can't remember anything."
"I love my job Wyatt I even refused my father to study business since he's a businessman and I am not letting you stop me now."
"I am not stopping you. You can even go there now."
Kumuyom ang mga kamao ko. "Paano ako makaka-apply kung wala sa akin ang documents ko!" Hindi ko maiwasang magtaas ng boses. Paasa siya eh.
"You're not applying on that dangerous job. If you want a job I can place you in one the vacant job in my com--"
"Oh stop right there. I am begging you to stop right there. Even my father didn't succeed to place me in his company and you are not exception."
"Then we're clear. You are staying there sitting like a queen and I work my ass so you wouldn't starv since you're a monster when it comes to food."
Tinaliman ko siya ng tingin. "You are the one to cage me here it's not my problem if I eat as many as I want!"
"Chill no need shouting. That's why I am working hard to give you a better future as my Mrs.Binaventure."
Walang gana ko lang siyang tinignan tapos ay tumayo. "Bahala ka sa buhay mo."
"Saan ka pupunta?" May pagkabahalang tanong niya.
"Sa baba. Aasikasuhin ang mga bisita mo."
"No need to do that. They have hands to look after themselves."
"Vistor is visitor Wyatt. I am clearly aware about that but I have to be there."
Naglakad ako patungo sa pinto at natigil nang may narinig akong parang nahulog. Nilingon ko ang kinaroroonan niya at gusto kong sumigaw sa inis nang makita siya sa sahig.
Inis na nilapitan ko siya't tinulungang makaupo sa kama. "Bakit ba hindi mo magawang magpahinga lang!" Pangaral ko.
"You're leaving. No one is nursing me if I am all alone here."
Inis na kumuha ako ng upuan at ipinuwesto iyon sa harap niya. "There I am not leaving."
"You really care about me huh?"
"Of course. Mamatay ako sa gutom kapag nawala ka."
Umakto siyang parang nasasaktan. "That was so harsh of you."
