Wen Ke Xing always comes home late because of his unending paper works on their company, he wanted to come home early to his A-Xu, but his works always stops him.
Zhou Zishu POV
I heard our bedroom door opened and I heard the shower but I pretended to be sleeping. I heard my husband sigh as he lays down beside me "I'm sorry A-Xu, I kept promising to make time for you but I can't".
He hugs me tightly and I could hear his sobs. I sighed and faced him and he looks at me "You're awake?" I nodded and kissed his forehead "I was waiting for you to come home" I wiped his tears and hugged him back tightly.
"I'm so sorry for making you wait A-Xu" I smiled sweetly and I calmly stroked his hair "Lao Wen, you don't need to say sorry" he looked at me while pouting slightly "But I keep breaking my promises to you! Are you not upset A-Xu?"
I chuckled softly "Why would I be upset? I understand you Lao Wen, you're working hard for us" he nodded slightly "I don't want you to tire your self so much, you kept coming home late and you don't have enough sleep, you barely eat breakfast when you go to the company, I'm more worried than upset Lao Wen"
He looked at me with his loving and expressive eyes "What did I do in my past life to be so lucky? Having a wife like you, I could never ask for more but to be with until my last breathe".
I kissed his nose and said "I am the one who is lucky Lao Wen, having you as my husband is more than enough. I love you so much Lao Wen" he hugged me tightly "I love you more A-Xu" and he fell asleep while I was stroking his hair. I kissed his forehead and also went to sleep.
