Sixty-seven

Hi, before you read, I want to say something.

First of all, I know I've been horrible at updating on this, and I really do apologise. Lately, I've kinda lost motivation to write on most of my stories, apart from 'Still' which is about George. I am gonna finish them all, but I may be doing it in a slower pace.

I've been getting many comments both public and private by people begging me to update and I get that it's frustrating to have to wait, but I need to be taking my time. I'm struggling with both anxiety and depression and if I pressure myself into writing when I don't feel motivated, I end up deleting the story. It's happened before. That's why I ask you to please be patient with me.

Second of all, I want you to be prepared for the story to end. Chapter sixty-eight is possibly going to be the last one.

July 2nd, 2001

The wedding

It was a nice day.

The sun was shining, there was few to no clouds on the blue sky and there was not much wind either. It was hot, a nice temperature for a garden wedding.

Charlie and I had spent about a year planning our wedding. At first, we were just enjoying being back together. We had gone house searching but ended up finding a pretty big flat that we moved into because it was more affordable.

A lot of things has happened in the last seventeen months. The twins have grown a lot. They are eighteen months old, walking...

They're very different, yet very alike.

Marino is the more outgoing toddler. He loves everything and everyone and he always creates the more fuss. Caspian is more quiet and he hates strangers. He's more clingy and he's a daddy's boy while Marino's a mummy's boy

They can both say a few words.

Marino's first word was 'no' and Caspian's was 'cat'. He's in love with both Drizzle and Smidge and likes imitating them and following them everywhere when they walk around the flat. It's a flat at ground level so the cats can leave and roam the area.

We also do have to watch Caspian a lot more lately. Since he started crawling, he started following the cats everywhere, even outside, so we always have to pick him up before he succeeds... and it's only gotten worse after he started walking.

Several things has happened with the different people in our family.

Let's start with Charlie's side.

Bill and Fleur have a daughter who's only about a month older than Marino and Caspian and they're talking about trying for another one.

Hermione and Ron got married last year in May and George and Angelina married in July the same year so they've almost been married for a year.

A lot of more things have happened in my family.

Crispus and his wife Carrie adopted a little boy here in the wizarding world, whose parents had died. The boys name is Henry and he's four years old, almost five. Crispus is turning thirty-three and Carrie has turned thirty-two.

Avalon and Mahlon had a divorce a few months ago but Avalon is pregnant so seven-year-old Amber is going to be a big sister, which she is very excited about, though her parents divorce was hard on her. Avalon is thirty-one, which is crazy to think about.
