After a hearty breakfast, the six of us began to walk down the main street towards the campus building. All the while Grim was a few steps ahead of us humming and looking rather smug as he started to show off his magic crystal.

"Hey, hey. Outta my way..." Grim cried out proudly, "The Great Grim is making his way as a student of Night Raven College!" He then turned around and looked at Ace with a smirky expression as he taunted on, "Look at my collar. Unlike that lame thing around your neck... MINE is very stylish."
Ace was looking rather livid, we all sighed and shook our heads, despite it being Ace's fault to begin with, the little Furball was rather pushing it. We all knew he was just doing that to get back at the red-haired idiot for what he said to us before.
Grim, not noticing our expression (or rather, didn't really care), continued. "On top of that, you can't use magic, correct? You'd make a really good janitor today." Grin then cackled, "NYAHAHAHA! I feel really good!"
