2017- The Red Room, Belarus

"Hey, Julia, wake up." I heard but it was muffled so I couldn't hear where it was coming from.

"Julia!" I shook my head and tried to clear it.

I focused my hearing and eyesight so I could become aware of my surroundings. I managed to turn my head a little but I was met with a blunt object to the face.

"FUCK" I choked out as I felt the remnants of blood circling my mouth.

"There she is." I saw Taskmaster or Melina, I didn't know what to call her but she was in her Taskmaster suit so I went with that. She bent down to my level and grabbed my face.

"Vibranium is such a beautiful metal no? Strongest in the world, can take out the strongest beings on the planet." she said as she hit me with the vibranium bat she was holding. Where the hell did she get so much vibranium?

"What do you want with me?" I asked and she laughed.

"To break you of course and form you into what I want." I spit the blood out of my mouth again to try to speak to her again but she hit me in the abdomen with the bat.

"T-that doesn't answer me!" I yelped out.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure you and Natalia are together." she said and I felt the anger boil in my blood.

"Don't you fucking touch her!" I growled.

"Do whatever you want to me, don't you dare fucking touch her or I swear I will kill you." I threatened but all Melina did was laugh.

"And how will you do that?" she asked, gesturing to my predicament.

I looked down at myself and I noticed the suit was stripped off of my top half leaving me in just a tank top and the super suit pants. I also noticed the amount of small knives I was sure were made of vibranium embedded into my body to continue to weaken me. I was stuck, there was no way of getting out of this at least not on my own.

"I'm going to break you down to the core and rebuild you from there, I'm going to make you what you were always meant for." she said, patting my face gently.

"Starting with getting rid of this." she pulled the dog tags off my neck.

"No! Please, at least let me have that." I begged.

"Don't worry we'll get you new ones."

I lowered my head as Taskmaster left the room after that and I yelled in pain. Everything hurt but my worry for Natasha grew, I needed to make sure she was okay.

"IF YOU LAY A HAND ON HER I SWEAR MELINA, I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL KILL YOU. NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES ME" I yelled to no one in particular.

I tried to take note of the room I was in but it was too dark to notice any specifics. I looked down to my wrist where they were chained to the arms of the chair but the Stark watch was gone which meant Steve and the others couldn't find us. I shut my eyes in frustration, there was no way out of this hell.

The Red Room, Belarus: Day 7

I think at this point I had been beaten the shit out every day. I was so weak and wounded that I couldn't heal anymore, the healing factor had reached it's point because of the vibranium still embedded in my body. There was nothing on my face which I was grateful for but it was probably so I could remain looking normal for reasons that were still lost on me.

I had been in the chair as well for over a week, only getting up to periodically shower and use the bathroom. At least they weren't entirely inhumane. I was resting my eyes when I heard the door to the room I was in open and I could smell Taskmaster. At this point I could tell when it was her and when it wasn't, every time it was her I dreaded it, she was relentless.
