I wake up in a tent. I'm perfectly fine and feel fine surprisingly after the bullet hit my leg. I look around and there's red curtains used as doors and medical supplies lying around.
My eyes land on Clarke sitting on a chair with another woman. She's older and was holding Clarke's hand, I assume it was Abby, her mother she had told me about in the way here.
I start to sit up and they both walk towards me.
"Hey hey, it's ok, you need to rest, you took a bullet to the leg" Clarke says to me as she tries to get me to lay down.
"She's right, plus what I've been told you were put through a lot in mount weather, you've lost a lot of blood" Abby adds.
"Yea but I'm fine look" I stand up and walk perfectly fine. I watch as Clarke and Abby share an accepting look.
"Doctor Griffin, correct?" I ask Clarke's mother as I walk closer to the both.
"Yes, nice to meet you." She pauses and gives me an unexpected hug. I don't usually get hugs so I stand there frozen, unsure of what to do. "Thank you for protecting my daughter" Clarke gives me a nod from behind her mother and Abby pulls away.
"Did anyone else survive?" I ask worried, hoping that they tell me Bellamys ok.
"Yea" Clarke says. "They're both alive" she adds knowing that I'm thinking about Finn and Bellamy. I can't help but put on a huge smile and I can tell Clarke is just as happy as I am.
"Ma'am, movements outside the gate in the woods" a woman says as she enters our tent. She looked like a guard and had the name 'Byrne' plastered on her jacket.
"Grounders?" Abby asks worried
"I don't think so" Byrne answers with a small look of hope on her face.
We all look at each other and walk out. I decide to stay with Clarke since she's the only one I really trust and know at the moment. Abby keeps walking but Raven stops Clarke. They both hug and talk while I look around. The system that Skaikru had created was amazing.
The trees here were full of life and everyone on the ark looked so happy.
"Glad your awake" Raven says as she walks over to me. She has a brace around her leg but I decide not to bring it up unless she does.
"Me too" I smile as I shake her hand. We see people come inside, 4 people actually. I struggle to see who it is until Clarke affirms who it is.
"Bellamy"
Bellamy and Octavia were coming through the gates with 2 injured.
"Go. I'll catch up" Raven says to Clarke. Clarke takes her word and signals me to follow her, so I do.
We make our way to the two and Clarke runs into Bellamys arms. He hesitates to hug her back but in the end he does.
"Now there's something I never thought I'd see" Octavia says to me and laughs.
