Chapter 53- Weasley's Wizards Weezes

Another Year at Hogwarts is dawning on us and fast, summer might as well not exist because it goes by so fast. I was currently down the shops buying some sweets and snacks for Regan and I to devour later tonight when we were having a sleepover round mine. I know we bunk together at Hogwarts but with everything that goes on in the school year and now that I’m with Draco and we share a room with Hermione we rarely get a chance to have best friend moments. I grabbed all the snacks and sweets I could and I knew that we both would like along with some drinks (non-alcoholic). I also did a little bit of shopping for myself and picked up somethings I need for the new year as I’m already in town.  

Regan wasn’t coming round until about 4ish so by the time I got home I didn’t have long to get my room set up and all the snack laid out. I never do anything half-heartedly I always go over the top some might say. I arranged a few movies out but I couldn’t imagine us actually watching all of them. I had only just changed and sat down on my bed when the door downstairs went, I jumped up and run down the stairs to open the door, of course it was Regan and all her things for overnight. My parents were at work so it would only be us at home for the next few hours. We went upstairs and settled down for the evening on my bedroom floor/ our bed for the night. It didn’t take us long to start talking about boys, but that’s a standard thing to do at sleepovers. Regan obviously knew that I was now in a relationship with Draco and that I had spent most of the summer round his house but since I saw her last there was a few bits to catch up on. She told me that there was something she needed to tell me about Taehyung so I let her go first.  

She seemed a bit nervous to start talking but it’s not very often that she talks about a boy she so clearly likes. She started from the beginning “ok so you know how I was invited over to Taehyung’s before, well this time he showed up at my house, unannounced might I add while my parents were still down stairs, he was just hanging on the ivy outside my window, I obviously wasn’t going to turn him away but I knew I would get grounded if my parents found out he was there. We chatted for a while, when he found one of my drawings that happened to be of him so I told him that he could have it, so once I finished wrapping it up for him to take home, I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I had to think quickly so I shoved him in the wardrobe and managed to get him in just in time before mum walked in and wondered who I was talking to so I told her that I was practicing spells and I think she believed it. Mum and dad had gone out for an evening drive leaving me with Tae, we started up a conversation when Taehyung leaned into kiss me but I moved away before he could, he looked surprised. I questioned if that was his only reason for him coming to my room but he claims it wasn’t. We ended up kissing and things started to get intense and things started going further, I didn’t know if I wanted things to go further but it sort of just happened. Before you ask no we didn’t do anything because my parents came home and interrupted us. He left almost immediately and I haven’t really heard from him since, I don’t know what has come over me, I'm not looking for a relationship but somehow it seems to be heading in that direction with Taehyung. I’m really confused about what is happening but I guess we will see where things go with us. How are things with Draco going anyway” she had asked me she finished telling me what had happened with Taehyung and it sounded a lot like what had happened with me and Draco.  

“Well, there isn’t really much to say since the last time I guess, I went to his house a few weeks ago as his parents were at work and we were about to have sex when his mum came home early and for some reason went straight up to see Draco, I was basically stood naked in his toilet with my clothes in my hands while he talked to his mum, I overheard them talking about some plan and that it was all set him place and will happen before September. I don’t really know what that means or exactly what this plan was but it sounded serious. I don’t even know what his parents do for their jobs, something doesn’t feel right but I can’t assume it’s bad” Regan didn’t really have much to say except for that I shouldn't assume the worse and that she is sure Draco will tell me when he is ready to do so. We sat up the rest of the night talking away, eating snacks and watching films, nights like these are the best. We didn’t need to have an early night as we haven’t got anything planned until tomorrow afternoon when we were meeting the others in Diagon Alley for the opening of Weasleys Wizard Wheezes which is Fred and Georges new shop. It sounds like it’s going to be a nice shop and some fun amazing products, I was also excited to see the other. I had been saving some money up because I knew that there would be something cool that I could take back to Hogwarts with me. We stayed up until 4/5ish before we both decided to get some sleep as we didn’t want to be walking zombies at tomorrows opening. 

I woke up at 12pm and was the first awake and gathered that my parents would already be at work, the opening was at 3pm and take about 30/40 minutes to get there so we had time to get ready and have something to eat. I head downstairs and start making some breakfast for Regan and I, I opted for pancakes as it’s simple and fast. I guess Regan could smell the food and made her way downstairs just as I was finishing up. We ate our food and headed back up to get showered and dressed before tidying up a little and making sure we had our bags with everything we would need in it. When we arrived in Diagon Alley it was very busy, I guess first years were doing their shopping and there were a few people that coming to the opening of Fred and George’s shop. It was 5 minutes to opening and we were allowed to go in before everyone else and have a look round first. Harry, Ron and Hermione were already inside so we found them and had a little catch up before making our way round the store just as other were being let in. There were so many items and they were all so colourful. Items from thunder crackers to sticky- trainers to weather in a bottle to candy in a can. So many items and not enough money in the world to get them all. I opted to get some, Everlasting Eyelashes, exploding Whizz poppers and a variation of sweets. We also walked past this weird girl in our year I think her name is Lavender, she's had this massive crush on Ron for the longest time but never seems to want to speak to him. While we were in Diagon Alley Regan and I decided to have a look around and pick up anything we needed for school which wasn’t really much only a few books for classes. We picked up some amazing ice cream from Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour, I also had a look round Quality Quidditch Supplies but there wasn’t anything I really needed.  We met up with the others later outside a burnt down Ollivander's, there was an attack a few weeks ago but no one knows what really happened it was like no one saw anything. While we were looking around the shop Ron spotted something outside of the window “Harry, is it me or does Draco and Mummy look like two people who don’t want to be followed?”  When we looked out the window there was a shifty looking Draco and Mum, of course we were going to follow them. I wonder if this was what they spoke about when I was hiding in the bathroom. We followed them until they went into a shop. We had to climb up onto a roof to get a better look but what we did see was very suspicious and I could tell Draco wasn’t happy. He was standing next to this large cabinet looking thing, I turned to Regan whispering making sure the others didn’t hear me and said “I wonder if this has anything to do with the plan that’s set-in place to happen before September that I heard them talking about” Regan just shrugged her shoulders. I really hope he hadn't gotten himself into any trouble.
