Chapter 19- An unexpected explaination

We get a bit more of a new character. This chapter should be more exciting than the last.

The first class of the day for us Divination,basically tea leaves readings,crystals balls and a whole lot of weirdness.I was sat on the same table as Regan, while Harry and Ron were on another, Professor Trelawney started her class "Welcome my children in this room you shall explore the noble art of divination, in this room you shall discover if you possess the sight, together we shall cast oursleves into the future, this term which we'll be focusing on the art of reading tea leaves, please pick the cup of the person sitting opposite to you" I pick up Regan cup and start to look at the tea leaves when I suddenly heard the voice of Hermione, who when I look up is now sitting at the same table as Harry and Ron, she wasn't there before,how the hell did she get past us woith out us knowing or seeing her. Professor Trelawney is by far one of the weirdest teachers at this school. She walks to Harry's table and jumps when she gets infront of Ron, "your aura is pulsing dear are you in the beyond, I think you are" She asks Ron to look at the cup, he tell her what he can see, after he finishes she grabbs the cup and looks inside of it and puts the cup straight back down before looking at Harry with fear,turns out he had a dog shape in his cup. The lesson was over quickly and it was now time for our first lesson with Hagrid and care of magical creatres, I'm excited to see what creature we will be learning about today. I was leaving the class later than the other as I forgot one of my books on the table, I headed out the class and began walking down the stairs before I felt someone grab my arm pulling me back into a secluded area at the bottom of the stairs, I look at who it was but don't recognise them at all, so why was they stopping me.

Taehyung's POV

From the second I got back to Hogwarts i've been trying to find Regan and her friend Lindsey. Cedric had been reluctant to speak or hangout with me all though the break. I wasn't unpopular but my antics sometimes made it hard to make close friends. Cedric was the only person to really stick by me and I miss him. Living the lifestyle of a lone-wolf isn't as fun as it used to be and I want him back. He said I'd have to fix things with Regan and apologise to Lindsey before we can go back to how we was.

It's been a nightmare trying to figure out there new class schedules. I got out of classes as often as I could. My grades aren't bad, they are just average, I could do better if I tried but I'm not ready to focus on classes just yet. Each time I was able to sneak around and not go to class, I'd try different hallways and see what students come out of the classrooms. I had no luck until today.

There she is. It was nice to see her walking down the stairs and laughing with her friends. Regan walked past not noticing me as she spoke to a brown haired girl. I saw Lindsey come out of the class room a little while after. I quickly looked to make sure Regan was out of sight before grabbing Lindsey's arm as she walked past.

"Hey I need to talk to you."  I pulled her closer to the window so the columns covered me out of view.
"Emm do I know you?"  She looked me up and down, maybe I was too quick running out of the hospital ward that night for her to recognise me.
"Um sort of. Well we've never spoke before. I need to apologise to you." I let go of her arm and lent against the window. This was going to be difficult.
"Apologies? What for if we've never spoke?"
"It's about Regan." At the mention of her friend Lindsey looked a little uneasy. I know Regan means a lot to her because of all the times I had to avoid her in the hospital wing. "Yeah. I don't know if she told you about me but I'm the guy who took her bracelet last year. To be honest I hadn't planned on giving it back to her but we bumped into each other after class one day and she was really upset so, I asked her to meet me. In the astronomy tower..." Lindsey eyes went wide.
"You! How could you play a prank like that on someone? Let alone someone like Regan. What has she ever done to you. You never showed up and she got petrified!" I thought she was going to punch me in the face. I held up my hands for cover.
"I didn't play a prank on her, I was waiting for Professor McGonagall to finish her rounds before I went up the astronomy tower. But it was too late. The professor found Regan. She had already been attacked. If the professor hadn't found her I would of." Lindsey guard went down slightly but I could see she was still mad. " I want to say sorry for what happened. My friend Cedric said you was really upset. He asked me to apologise for the pain I cause you."
She took a long pause before replying to me. "Dont you think you should apologise to Regan. After all she is the one who had to lie in a hospital bed for weeks not being about to communicate or move all because you wanted to take her bracelet and made her meet you after curfew even though you knew there was a monster on the loose going round petrifying people. Yeah I was pretty upset as she's my best friend but she is the one you hurt the most. That bracelet meant to lot to her." Ouch that hurt, but not as bad as I've hurt them.
"Yeah I know it means a lot. That's why I wanted to give it back but I wanted to tell her why I took it in the first place... after she got petrified I was just going to put it back on her wrist the last time I visited her in hospital so this would be over. But you came in at the wrong time so I ran off."
"You was the boy the nurses kept talking about. Why didn't you just give it back one of the previous visits if it was bothering you that much?" Folding her arms across her chest, I feel like I should end this conversation soon before she actually hits me.
"Like I said I want to talk to her properly like I was supposed to that night in the astronomy tower. Look I will speak to her I promise but don't tell her that we spoke. please please please don't tell her." Begging was a new thing for me and I didn't like it. She looks so mad.
